Prior to my last ordeal, Choice Family Pharmacy was brilliant with customer service; however, that is not the currently the case as of 10/5/2023. I have needed a replacement seat for my wheelchair for the last 6 months. During the past 6 months, I have called Choice approximately two or three times a month to order a replacement seat. I have been told the following: 1.)There are not enough people working at this time so we can't do that; 2.) Order from Amazon; 3.) Order from another vendor; 4.) Michael will call you back and he never does or 5.) Try calling in 2 weeks and maybe Michael will be here to speak with you. I have tried to order from numerous other vendors and I am told to order from vendor that I procured the wheelchair. I have contacted Medicare and I was told that if I purchased the wheelchair from a vendor they are suppose to service and provide parts. I have tried everything I know of to simply buy a seat replacement for my wheelchair but to no avail. I can appreciate that it may be challenging times to employ qualified staff; however, 6 months is too long to have not positively resolved this situation which is why I resorting to this review. I was tole by Medicare to file a complaint but if I did that the consequence could be a pause in the relationship while Medicare performs due diligence between Choice and Medicare which would have devastating results for others.

I have always had a great experience with this business until last week when I spoke to what sounded like an experienced teenager answering the phone. Very snarky and rude. I usually speak to a super nice lady who has been there a long time and she has always been great. I went to another medical supply company because this young lady didn't care if I purchased and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered.

The rudest pharmacist I've ever encountered. Came to pick up a medication and he angrily yelled he didn't have time to make the medication for "just a cat." He refused to give a time when it would be available. Highly recommend going anywhere else, I certainly won't return.

Choice is the go to pharmacy. Fast service. Wonderful Pharmacists. Ben Tina and Tom go the extra mile. All the girls are great asset to the business. Jan is a wonderful addition and the entire staff. Outstanding.
