“I stopped by the parts department because my wife's rear view mirror had fallen off. The plastic housing had crumbled and I was hoping to get just the part I needed, but wasn't having much luck finding the exact piece online. The gentleman working was great! He came out to the vehicle twice to look at it and try to figure it out. Unfortunately the schematics didn't match(the reason I couldn't find it online), however he was able to help get me on the right track to do what I needed to do to fix it. The best customer experience I think I've had in a service/parts department at a dealer, and I didn't even spend any money. I'll definitely keep Hanover Nissan in mind if I need anything in the future. I don't remember his name, but it was 8/16/23, early afternoon. Thanks!”
