Sarah was amazing. We were transferring multiple lines from different accounts. There were some complications from the old carrier but Sarah handled everything with poise and professionalism. She managed a balance between professional and personable that was truly masterful.

Went to this location today to get a new plan. Previous experiences at different locations had me skeptical about how it would go, but after working with James, I am one happy customer!! He is very genuine and personable, and knows how to make the process as smooth as possible. 10/10 recommend coming to this location for any and all phone issues or questions!!

Sarah has been the biggest help so many times. She has answered all of my questions and helped to make multiple informed changes on our plan, including adding out of network numbers. She is pleasant to work with and incredibly knowledgable while still being able to explain things in a way people outside of the industry understand. I purposely go to this location hoping to find her there. She's been able to help and explain more things about AT&T phones than the AT&T reps. I highly recommend this location and Sarah specifically. My husband said why not just call to ask these questions and make these changes but I feel more confident and comfortable with this woman who has helped me so many times now.

Verizon is now charging $30 for data transferred to a new phone. It is apparently for their time. VERY dissatisfied with Verizon customer service!!

Professional...that's about it. I think maybe it was just the sales person I was dealing with because the other sales person seemed to have, well, A PERSONALITY maybe?!? Also, I sold wireless for 10yrs, & I left with 2 que:1. Why do I have to come back tomorrow when all I'm doing is adding a phone to an existing account??2. Why does the supposed premier wireless carrier consistently live up to every negative rumor anyone's ever had of them?? In my case, it was having to walk into a Verizon Wireless store. It was everything I'd been told & thought it would be, & that's not a compliment. I'd rather spend 24hrs in line at the Post Office than return to that store.
