I always get great service when I bring my bike in for service and for all my bicycling needs. The staff is friendly and helpful. I followed Trek from their previous location in Castle Shannon to their Peters Twp. location even though it is farther away from my home but it is well worth driving the extra distance! Always friendly and fast service from Rick and the service guys.

Jack and the rest of the team were very helpful for my fiancée and me as we both recently looked into getting new bikes. With helpful—and honest—insight, Jack helped us both get the bikes that fit our needs perfectly while not being pushy. We both left with our dream bikes and cannot wait to put in miles on the trail!

March 2024, Wanted a certain bike and it was on back order. Thinking I would have to wait till July, I didn’t mind. Without telling me, staff at the Peters store called other stores and found my bike! Called me April 18th and told me my bike was ready!!! What an amazing surprise.This place is incredible. Knowledgeable staff and all of your purchased histories are kept in their system. Service department also impeccable!

100% recommend, top tier service and support. I’ve purchased 5 bikes from this location with a 6th in the works. You don’t get repeat business unless you’re taking care of your customers. Pure class with emphasis placed on customers needs and questions.

Quality service and a good selection of bikes. I bought two Treks from here in 2018. After several thousand miles on each bike, Trek Bicycle Peters Township has them riding like they're new.

Great facility and people. I went in to browse. Was greeted by a very knowledgeable. enthusiastic staff who went out of their way to answer all of my questions and made me feel welcomed whether I was going to purchase a bicycle or not. 2 weeks later after many visits I purchased a Trek Domane SL7 AXS and could not be happier. Also - about $1,000 in additional purchases for other bicycles I own and miscellaneous equipment. These folks really care about your experience while in their facility as well as when you leave and eventually return. Great operation there at Peter's Township Trek.

I love my new bike. The employees there were very friendly and helped me decide which bike would exactly fit my needs. They delivered the bike to my house and made sure it was adjusted correctly to my height. They also reviewed all of the different options on the bike. Overall, it was a great experience.
