Had appointment early, when got there was told the technician was busy doing something else and so would be at least an additional hour. Why would you schedule appointments if dont keep open. This is a car service not a doctor with an emergency.
Not respectful of others time.

I have a 2 week old 2024 corvette purchased in another state. While in Pittsburgh for a while the Sun Corvette specialists were able to narrow down an intermittent problem with the park sensors. They got me back on the road while waiting for the wiring harness to come in. Anyone who has ever had intermittent electrical problems knows the pain of getting resolution, so I'm incredibly thankful for Sun's experts figuring this out so quickly.

I cannot say enough great things about the people who work here. My 2016 Chevy Equinox experienced a blown engine a month ago. I called them to see if they could help become nobody else would work on my vehicle and they said absolutely. They have kept me up to date on everything happening with my vehicle every step of the way. I hardly lifted a finger the entire process. They made such an awful and stressful experience easy. They contacted my warranty company for me and coordinated everything for me. All I had to do was have the vehicle towed to their service center. You won’t regret bringing your vehicle here.

I've been going to this dealership for buying my vehicles and getting service for over a decade, and each year, the vehicle service gets worse. Everyone there is really nice (that's the only reason they get 2 rather than 1 star), but I'm sick of making an appointment for my vehicle, dropping it off, and then being told I won't have it back that day, despite making an appointment over a week ago for the inspection and other service. Their excuse is always the same: they're too backed up to get to my vehicle. Then why did you check it in to begin with and tell me it would be done TODAY?! If they'd said they were backed up when I checked it in, I wouldn't have left my vehicle, and I wouldn't be stuck with no vehicle until they get around to mine. I won't be buying my next vehicle here, that's for sure, and I'm probably going elsewhere for service, too.Service: Vehicle Inspection

I stopped in on two separate occasions, and each one left me disappointed. I was first looking for a new vehicle, and a salesman asked that I put a deposit on. The problem was that it hadn't been delivered -- and they couldn't give me a firm donate on when it would be delivered. When I asked about the policy around refunding the deposit, I was told that it would be kept by Sun even if I wound up not purchasing the vehicle. I wound up finding the vehicle that I wanted out-of-state at a different dealership, and they didn't try to take my money hostage from the start.

I scheduled online with a time and the tiresI wanted. I even got a confirmation back that had a name included in it confirming everything. When I get there they don't know what's going on and they don't have the tires. I believe they are trying to make it right but I wasted a whole day and they didn't even have what they confirmed they had. Kevin a service advisor there was very nice and tried to handle it but basically I have to come back Thursday. They are blaming it on the online system but I still got a confirmation message that all was good. I will update after Thursday with their resolution

Wow. Where to begin? We had an appointment, but that didn't really matter. They claimed they tried to call, but the voicemail was full. There are no voicemails and I proved that one could leave a message. No real apologies. The car was done over a half hour late. And they didn't fix the part. We had an appointment. Told them what part was needed. But they didn't order it. When checking out I was given serious attitude for wanting to look at the paperwork before paying. Is that because she knew they were trying to rip me off? Maybe. They had charged $20 for the free inspection. I didn't get past the first line before I found something wrong. My guess is they intentionally charge everyone for their "free" services and anyone d*** enough to trust them pays for the service they promise will be free for the life of the car. They lost a customer and clearly don't care. Stay away from these jerks. They're crooked and rude. Also, I can't prove it, but I'm pretty sure they broke the part they didn't order, since the windshield wiper fluid worked when we went into service and didn't on the way home. We just didn't check the level of the fluid right away.
