It’s never a good thing when someone who doesn’t even come to this place knows the receptionist by name. Dana has a terrible reputation and it seems like she would prefer that nobody ever call in. Something needs to change, people who don’t come to this office know about it and stay away.

I wasn't asked to leave a review (and maybe it's strange to leave one for you OB/Gyne (doc and practice) but I have been a patient here for - decades!! - from Waterdam office to Rt. 19 (Caste Village and St. Clair Hosp) - and Dr. Lenart has been so incredibly ABOVE AND BEYOND in her care and treatment. She is consistently professional, compassionate, and so obviously invested in her work and in her patients. She is one of the most amazing physicians (and humans) that I've had the pleasure to meet and I feel blessed to receive care from her (and her incredible team). Kelsey (sp?) and Carrie (sp?) in particular have helped me with coordination of treatment and follow up and are outstanding at what they do. Cheers to the entire practice. I recommend this practice without hesitation and thanks to ALL of you but, Dr. Lenart, you are a genuine blessing in my life.

This is a wonderful place with a wonderful staff. The place is like squeaky clean I asked if it was brand new and they said no it's 10 years old I couldn't believe it. I travel 50 miles to go there, I wish they'd come to my neighborhood and teach our medical community how take care of people.

Horrid experience from the first scheduling call. The receptionist was nasty & unhelpful. I felt like I was intruding. They called to prescreen & left a number that was always busy then asked why I didn’t prescreen. They put I was bringing my script when I advised I was having it sent so I was ultimately sent away after waiting for tests for over 6 weeks (thanks to the unhelpful scheduling). Will not return for the tests. Better places out there even if they’re not as close.

Had an MRI done here a few months back. New equipment and a wonderful staff made it a good experience! (I even dozed off!). Returning next week for a cat-scan.
