I could not be more pleased with my experience this week at Spitzer! I got a new RDX from Adam Solomon, and he went above and beyond to get me a great deal including getting me more for my trade. He was also super knowledgeable about the vehicle. I was presented with different deals, and Adam helped me choose the right one. They even offered me $2k more for my Passport than Honda did!I’ve never had a better dealership experience. I feel they’re honest and reputable, and they take the time to explain all the tech and set everything up. Just a really easy and painless process from start to finish. I look forward to going back for my next car. Highly recommend!

Purchased a 2021 RDX Aspec in July 2021. All maintenance and service performed at Spitzer. We decided to downgrade vehicles and took it back to Spitzer hoping for a good buy/trade-in value.. Spitzer was the lowest offer we received… lower than Volvo, Audi and 2 separate Subaru dealers… Cochran and South Hills beat Spitzer by 4500$ They could have earned our business again and Factory Certified this Rdx and re sold but low balled a returning customer smh… not to mention it took an hour to get a value on the RDX.. the YouTube videos the sales managers were watching we’re more important I guess??

Greatly appreciate the service and repair provided by Spitzer Acura in Pa!! My MDX transmission went out on us during our road trip (ga to ny) and after us getting towed to Spitzer, they had my baby 'back on road' by the time our trip had ended. We got a rental to continue on our trip, and Spitzer kept us updated on the repair status along the way. When we got back to Pa, returned the rental..they even gave hubby a lift from the hotel to get our car once repaired, a Blessing! She riding good again and we have made it home safely ??. I highly recommend choosing Spitzer for your Acura service/repair needs in this area!! You'll be in good hands with them for sure they are on point.??

My first time buying from this dealer. Jeremy was very knowledgeable about the Integra. He was very nice to help me with everything and he called me a couple weeks later to see if everything was ok and if I had any questions.

I travel to North Carolina to see my children frequently and they always check my car for me over real well, I'm very satisfied with the service and the ability of them taking very good care of me and I really appreciate the car wash afterwards. Take some of that time off for me, I enjoyed very much when I bought my car there. Chris was a wonderful salesman and I would go back if I needed to purchase another car. But as long as I have the service department there and my warranty with them, I don't expect to have to go back anytime real soon. Thank you for your kindness I feel good workmanship and for being very respectful.

Chris G. was the embodiment of everything a wonderful salesman should be. He was knowledgeable, professional, and polite. He did not use any high-pressure sale tactics and gave mt the time I needed to comfortably make my buy decision. Jeremy gave my husband and I a top notch experience when purchasing our new 2023 Acura RDX. We could tell instantly he knew everything there was to know about the car and we felt confident buying from him. He took his time running each option of payment for us and wanted to be sure this was the right fit. Once the car was purchased, he then took 30+ minutes to review all the vehicle's features and made sure I understood each feature before we were on our way. HIGHLY recommend Spitzer Acura. We will be back!

Very outstanding service!! We were serviced at the South Hills Acura in McMurray PA. The people there are amazing and kind and the service is outstanding turn around and honest. Provided a loaner a brand new vehicle to replace ours while in shop. HIGHLY recommended dealership.

John in the service department Rocks! He was able to fit me in on short notice so I could make the most of my 50 mile trip to the dealer for service. Purchased a used BMW from here which I love. Great car great deal! Smooth transaction. When I made the purchase the sales guy told me I could bring my car here for service and to just make an apt online. So I did that and put in the notes what needed done. I took off work and arrived for my appointment and the guy says, “Yeah I don’t look at the appointments until they come in. Did you bring the part with you?”Umm no I didn’t bring the parts you’re the service people you should have them.He then says no we don’t have them but you can order them or go somewhere else.I will never go here again and I’ll think twice about buying a car from here again since they can’t even do simple service.Updated in response to the owner......I am well aware that you don't stock parts for other brand cars, but the fact that you did not look at the comments section or even see the brand car when the appointment was made is what the problem is. If you would have actually looked at your appointments for the week or even the day, you would see a BMW coming in that your salesman said could be serviced there for something as simple as brakes and oil changes.Also, for you to say I was 2 hours late is a lie. I was actually 1 hour 25 minutes early for my appointment. You should get your facts straight before you lie again.Just own up to your lies and mistakes. Your salesman told me to bring the car in for service. Why else would I bring it in? Your service guy is lazy and admitted to me that he doesn't check the system for appointments because he doesn't care. You should take time to coach your employees rather than taking the time to argue with a customer.

Absolutely furious, a sales associate (not using name out of respect) told my husband a deposit would have to be provided BEFORE running credit. We were unsure if we wanted to purchase the car but filled out the credit application so it was completed IF we decided to do so. Before we know it we get an email asking when we want to pick up the car. Very poor, dishonest and sneaky business practices. We went to Baierl in Wexford and had a wonderful experience with Mary Beth.

So recently my fiancé and I have both purchased vehicles from the spitzer Acura in mcmurray and let me just say I have nothing but good things to say about them. Everyone that works there is literally so nice and you can just tell They truly care about there customers. My fiancé and I got to work with Lynn and she was awesome! She was so friendly and made sure we got what we both were looking for in a vehicle. She’s very personable and you can tell she truly loves her job along with everyone else that works there. I 10/10 recommend this dealership if you are looking to get a new/used vehicle they are amazing!
