Worse experience ever. I made an appointment for a safety recall in March 2024 and received a confirmation email which shows that the appointment time was 7.00 am Friday, August 23rd, 2024 (I still kept the email). I came at the dealership at 7.am that day and they were not opened. I waited. 7.30 am, they opened. I entered and the guy (maybe the chief of service section) said that I missed my appointment, it's on Aug 22nd instead. I showed him the confirmation email, he just said he didn't know, in his record, it was Thursday Aug 22nd and he could not receive the car now. I was just shocked. This is a safety recall with "extreme risk" and "collision" type, and I have waited for 5 months. I explained to him, he ignored and kept saying that because I missed the appointment (which I didn't according to the confirmation email), and he could not do anything because he only received cars for this recall on Tuesday and Thursday. I asked to reschedule, he put me to mid-February 2026, 1.5 years later. Really, for an "extreme risk" safety recall? Who knows what happen to the car in that 1.5 year, and safety of me and my family? The fact was that they sent me an appointment confirmation with details different from that in their system. And, they did not acknowledge any of the potential mistakes from their side or show any responsibility to resolve the issue (except to reschedule to 1.5 year later). All the time, they insisted that it is because I missed my appointment. I was speechless and left no choice but to reschedule and note that till now I haven't received the confirmation of that appointment on Mid-Feb 2026, so I don't even know if they really made that new appointment for me or not. I will definitely not come back to this dealership. I would rate them 0 star if Google allows me.

I made my appt at a different dealership by mistake thinking it was Spitzer. Albert Malone met me in the service department. When we realized my appt was elsewhere, Albert still let me leave my car so I didn't have to reschedule. He was so helpful, and got all of the work done on my MDX same day. Spitzer, especially Albert really came through for me. Thanks!

I always receive great service for my 2021 RDX. They have a great service team and they are always very friendly and conscientious. It is obvious they always strive to provide excellent customer service. I trust their opinion regarding the service needs of my vehicle.The newest member of the team, Pat Gediohn was very helpful and is a great match for providing the quality service I have always received. Pat has a positive attitude and I am sure will do very well working with the service team.

I recently purchased a 2021 BMW X3 M40 from Spitzer around 3 months ago. Car drives like a absolute dream and has been absolutely flawless throughout the initial 3 months of ownership.
Purchasing from a dealer who was located 5.5 hours away from me made it all but more difficult for the entire process. My salesman Adam Solomon was extremely transparent and helpful throughout this process. Adam provided me with service receipts, vehicle history as well as all other requested items. Adam also ensured me that all brakes and tires were brand new and that the vehicle is in immaculate condition, basically brand new.
After test driving the vehicle, I completely agreed with Adam and honestly couldn’t tell that the vehicle was a 2021. The entire Spitzer team made the entire transaction extremely smooth and seamless. Adam also ensured any questions I had post sale were answered.
This is by far the best car ownership experience I've ever had and I could no be happier with the purchase. Thank you to the team at Spitzer for making all this happen and I would highly recommend Adam Solomon.

Service would not provide loaner when i had warranty issues with 22 Mdx. Do not consider this brand luxury as it is not . Newer model mdx and rdx has some serious quality control issues and not reliable at all. Stay away from the brand Save some money and buy a honda or just go with a real luxury brand (German brands recently has better reliability track record i have two bmws and they are combined haven't caused the amount of issues i am having with acura ). I learned my lesson and will be trading mdx in as soon as warranty issues resolved.
