Called in to purchase a vehicle and spoke to Zack Doebler. He was rude and incredibly condescending. He laughed at me when I asked for pricing details on a civic SI. This dude lost South Hills a sale. I rather would have purchased a car in PA, but I got the SI I wanted in Ohio.
If Zack is a reflection of their team as a whole, I would stay far away from this place.

I cannot say enough how wonderful our experience was at Honda because of Aubrey! Recently left Toyota whom I loved, but I am so happy to say I own a Honda now! Aubrey was professional, easy to talk too, and worked diligently to get me a payment I was comfortable with. This company is extremely lucky to have him as a sales consultant! Service staff was friendly and kept me informed. Waiting area was clean. Wish they offered cold beverages in addition to hot ones but that's a minor complaint. We bought the car the in 2007 and have had all our major maintenance done at this dealership.also they added a cool feature where they text you a link to a video with the repair guy going over everything he did. Very cool and innovative.

Tried the prologue. The dude was pretty chill, didn’t really seem like he was well informed or even liked EVs lol but ended up going with another car from another dealer.
