BEWARE of service dept. The last 3 oil changes the filter was not tightened and my truck leaked all over my brand new concrete driveway, staining the driveway. I went back and they didn’t seem to care what happened and blamed a faulty filter. The next oil change I had the filter was not tightened again and they also blamed the filter. When I asked to see the filter they conveniently said it had been thrown away. The last oil change, I got the truck back and the oil message wasn’t reset but they had said the oil change was done, so hopefully it was. I asked to have the tires rotated and they said they did it, which I paid for but they only rotated one side. I knew this because of a picture I had of the rims on the truck, which showed a mark on the same side weeks before. I also asked for air to be put in the tires and they didn’t do that. I understand mistakes happen but to not even try to satisfy customers when they do happen is how you lose customers. I won’t be back, plenty of ram dealerships around that hopefully are more competent.

Horrible customer service just had to go through a 2 year litigation with the FCA we finally came to settlement and south hills Chrysler jeep ram said they are declining the work of replacing my engine and refused to give me a valid reason on why? I have had horrible experience with every dodge Ram dealership I ever been to.

I just bought a 2023 Ram Rebel 1500 less than a week ago and the check engine light started flashing today. The truck has 400 miles on it and when I called the dealership they were less than helpful. They refused to pick it up and said there was nothing they could do. They told me I could not have a rental so they left me without a vehicle for the weekend. I spent $63,000 only to now have to use Uber to get around. The salesman and general manager were rude and not helpful at all. They are real nice and quick to get the truck out the door bur when something goes wrong they are absolutely no help. After all that I realized when they put my bed liner in they scratched the tail gate and tried to use touch up paint to fix it, oh yea they didn’t tell me about it either. When that was brought to their attention they tried to get me to bring my truck to some guy that paints using a pop up tent instead of using a MOPAR certified body shop and fixing the scratch the right way. I will be reaching out to the owner on Monday and the Chrysler Corporation. I would not recommend them to anyone at all. Buyers be warned they have terrible customer service and bad attitudes.

I highly recommend the service department! The technicians were prompt, kind, and respectful. Paul was an absolute life saver, and worked with me tirelessly to get my Fiat working in the best possible condition! He fought for me when my insurance company tried to deny me converge, and worked with me to get the best prices available! He constantly communicated with me and worked back and forth to make sure I got what I needed. I cannot say enough how much he truly cares about the people he’s working for, and I trust him and South Hills, wholeheartedly! This man needs a big fat raise. You will not be disappointed to bring your business here.

Over priced and they completely take advantage of the customers. Took my car in for service and was charged for services that I did not agree to or need. Other services were not completed with no explanation. I've called and left numerous messages for the owner to call and explain the charges and reason for not completing other services. I have yet to hear back. It's now been 3 weeks.

Bought a brand new 2023 wrangler less than 30 days ago. The driver side seat broke and the dealership refused to come and get it, the manager has not returned my calls, and I was not offered a rental. The seat is stuck in a position where the car cannot be driven. Huge inconvenience for me!!!! Not helpful or concerned about customers at all!

I needed some diagnostic work done and also needed a key cut on my Fiat 500 - after having a really horrible experience at a Jim Shorkey Dealer, I turned to South Hills CDJRF, as they were one of the only other certified Fiat dealers in my area.Josh in the service department not only successfully diagnosed my Fiat's issues, but was able to fix them in a timely and economic manner.Everyone I dealt with at the dealership was pleasant and friendly. I'd bring my Fiat back here for service any day of the week.

Service is bad. I’ve got my breaks and routers replaced 3 times in the last few months. They claimed when I came back breaks and routers would be free if it was just the calipers, since I just replaced them a couple months prior, It was the caliper, and nope, they wanted full price for everything, even though I just got them replaced a couple months before. Never going back to this place for anything. Glad they have a dealership in Washington now

I had what i thought was a blown tire. Turned out to be a blown out rim. I stumbled upon the south hill jeep dealer. And they helped me out same day. Replacing my rim (had to get from another store). Replaced my tire and got me on my way. All in a few hours on an unexpected emergency 3 hours from. home. Explained what was going in. What needed to be done and kept mw up to date. If i ever have an issue in the greater pittsburgh area again. I know where to go!

If I could give zero stars, I would this facility has taken my car for a routine, internal and exterior protectant treatment at which point they ended up messing with an update and messing up my car. I then had to take my car back to them twice for almost 2 weeks for them to fix my car and then, when I finally got my car back from them, they left it on E. Also, somehow they did an internal treatment on the inside of my car without cleaning it at all, which is amazing to me. There’s still dust on the dashboard there’s still trash in the cupholders yet somehow you applied an internal protectant? I try and give companies the benefit of the doubt, but I would not go back to this place, and I would not recommend it to my worst enemy. Find another jeep dealership stay away from here.

stay away! i bought a car chrysler 300 at 40,000 miles from here three years ago and the transmission went out at 80,000 and i still owe 10 grand on my car. they got rid of the body shop they had because of their body shop caused more damage to cars than repair. there are other dealerships on 19. don't go threw the unnecessary stress and problems here at south hills chrysler jeep dodge. dont buy a car here look elsewhere

Good Morning: just wanted to say what awesome service we had yesterday at the dealership - December 23 - Canadian Travellers heading to Myrtle Beach, and we had a heating problem with the Van. No appointment, just pulled in, to look for help - The service advisor and the mechanic that ran the diagnostics were just so helpful - Within an hour we were on our way.
