Horrible customer service. There is a reason why this bank is going under and closing all their branches.

Not only did their ATM machine take my debit card and my cash, but the people who were working had no intrest in helping me get it back. They told me I had to come back the next day and put my card on hold. I tried calling next day to reactivate my card and customer service never answered. I am not one to write bad reviews but this was just insane. I am now late paying bills because of the lack of customer service this bank has. I'm so disappointed and left completely frustrated.

Tyler Novak the branch manager is a tremendous help. He always goes the extra mile to provide the best service. I have all my accounts through his office.

Wasted my time driving out there to find out you need an appointment to get in after they closed our Bethel park office. Don't understand why you can't walk into a bank like you can others whelp time to change banks
