Can't review it, because I haven't been there. Just wanted to suggest you try out Tobacco 4 Less in Washington, PA. When I was new to town, I found it and it's fantastic. They have everything for cigarette rolling, and also carry CBD, pipes and everything else! They are next to Shop n Save! Dawn is my favorite sales person!

I only smoke cigars on rare occasions and each time I come here the staff is very helpful and helps me decide based on budget and occasion. They always seem to throw in a some free swag like a cutter or box. I will only buy cigars here.

It's hard to find a better mix of people and cigars than exists here. They have a decent selection of cigars. They don't have all that many rare cigars (although I've seen some rarer Liga Privadas here), but I've never been disappointed by their selection. Their prices are usually cheaper than elsewhere. They have great coffee. There's usually three different types available, always hot. If you buy a cigar (and why wouldn't you?), you almost never get charged for coffee. If coffee isn't your thing, they allow you to bring your own beverages for free. There are a bunch of different types of glasses available. Many of the people here are regular customers. If you go here more than a couple times a month you'll definitely see some familiar faces. I think this aspect gives it a great character that not many other places have. It is completely unlike the Leaf and Bean in the strip, and I think it is it's owned separately from that one.

Perfect place to sit down relax talk the talk of the day, enjoy a fantastic cigar, and the drink of your choice. the humidor here has a great selection including some small run items that are limited to the Leaf and Bean. There's a few tables some couches so lots of places to just sit back, or prop up a laptop and get a little bit of office work done while enjoying a good cigar.
