Never returned or ticketed my emailed question about a bill although they clearly state in your bill that you can. Had a terse response on the phone about the period of use vs the billing date. Abrasive communication.

Absolutely horrible. Sad you can't give them zero stars. Rude unknowledgeable people answer the phone and outright lie about facts, policies and account histories. No doubt the firm is owned by a big time liberal Democratic donor who gets municipal contracts by donating to local corrupt Democratic officials.

Unsavory practices. Got a delinquent notice for trash collection even though I was never billed. Every other utility got their stuff to me without a hitch but not Jordan. Highly distasteful and suspicious way to do buisiness.
