He made it his mission to prioritize my item and delivered it in advance of when I was hoping to have it. Excellent communication and customer service. He provided pictures and updates all along the process. I really appreciate the fact that his work is all done in-house, not outsourced. This meant he did not have to let my very expensive gemstone leave his store to be placed in the setting.
