Their Pharmacist David is a total rude prick. Refused to fill a script for me as I had to have surgery & was in excruciating pain. Told me to sit down when it was literally impossible due to my surgery site. I was upset & wasn’t as professional as I should have been but the staff there did nothing to deescalste. Treated me like total scum, called the police & then banned me. I’m getting a lawyer & filing a suit for descrimination & targeting me.

Friendliest staff! Some of the techs really keep the line moving pretty quickly. I've been there with my boyfriend right before closing time and watched them take multiple paper scripts for a sick patient, put them in, & filled them all within 6 minutes. Also, staff put my BF's script on a discount card. Price on insurance was over $120! The price went down to less than $30.

Most of their staff is very rude, including some of the pharmacists. I have a coupon for medication, every other time I go someone said it doesn’t work, the next time when someone else is there - it works. They don’t bother to look into it. Yet people are depending on their medications. I will be looking for a local pharmacy to transfer to.

Went through drive through the drive-thru Monday night, with a very sick and miserable baby in the back seat, and the lady working the window was just amazing! I wish I got her name, but I forgot to look. She was so kind and caring and really helped me out that night.

The phone is always busy and I waited on hold for 22 min today before I just hung up. Definitely switching all of our family's scripts elsewhere.

My wife uses this pharmacy because she shops there also but she always has issues. No one will ever pick up the phone. Refills are always slow and frequently incorrect. I use the Riteaid just around the corner and seldom have any issues and refills are always addressed quickly and their phone app is easy to use and accurate. I am on numerous meds and seldom have an issue and if I do the pharmacist (Nick) seems to always has a solution. Life is too short to stand in line to give a vendor your business for sub standard service.

Had a drive thru test scheduled for step son. It was confirmed and we had confirmation email. Get there and they said he wasn't in the system and there was nothing scheduled. I showed them the email and they said it didn't matter and didn't even want to see the confirmation. I will never use them again and will change anything scheduled thru them. Worst service and rude staff.

I’ve been using this pharmacy since i moved here and have sat on hold for over 20 minutes at least 10 times so now i have to drive there to ask them questions every time at this point. i am prescribed a controlled substance and am treated like i’m doing something wrong and given attitude every time i go, as if i want to be on medicine and have mental health issues. 3 separate employees have spoken to me extremely rudely when i question why my prescription is never filled on time and is rarely ready when i show up. i work in customer service and despite how my day is going i would never have the audacity to speak to a customer the way the people here have spoken to me.

The staff is very kind and helpful, considering the volume of customers and prescriptions filled. Flu shots, vaccines, on top of covid tests in the drive thru, working through a pandemic can't be easy.

I do not recommend this Pharmacy. I have switched to another in the area due to extreme dissatisfaction- after using this pharmacy since 2007. I never had many if any prescriptions so I guess it's hard for me to accurately say if it's gone down hill or not but I know in the past few months that I have had several new prescriptions and the entire experience at Giant Eagle has been horrid. I really do hope that the management reads these reviews and takes them seriously as honest constructive criticism and tries to make things better. Trying to call the pharmacy and actually speaking to a person is nearly impossible. I had to call 20 times over 2 days to finally get through. Red flag there. Not enough staff. Secondly, when you finally do get through - you are greeted with overly rude, condescending and outfight hostile staff. Nobody should have to put up with that kind of treatment. NOBODY I blame management, the workers are just a reflection of their work environment and the supervisors they work for. Something is seriously wrong here. Not going back

It is truly unreal to me how this pharmacy operates. And it’s honestly all giant Eagle pharmacies across the board, not just this one. The wait times are always outrageous. Don’t tell me it will be ready in 15 minutes if it won’t be. Just give me and honest time so I can plan to come back! We have jobs, children to take care of, etc. we can’t spend half the day waiting around for a prescription to be filled. Also it is APPALLING to me that they don’t take hygiene measures seriously. On multiple occasions I watch them mix my children’s’ medicine without washing their hands first. I have actually stopped them before they touch the top of the opened bottle and ask them to wash their hands first..help me understand why I have to do this??? I hate the fact there aren’t many other pharmacies or even family pharmacies close by that I could use instead, because we would be all over it.
