I have a paid carwash Membership with Getgo for almost a year for my Jeep ( I have owned for 5 years) and last week they were closed for repairs so I could not use it. This morning I tried to use it and the young man who was operating it was extremely rude and disrespectful. When asked him for his name, refused to give it to me: not any of my business. He refused to wash my Jeep saying it was not eligible for the get got services. My sticker was up to date and the entrance bar went up without any problems. He stops me at the entrance and says I'm not permitted to use services. He acknowledges I don't owe monies. I have his belligerent behavior on video. How do I get all my dues back if you don't honor your part of our contract?
Be careful of this place.

C ar wash on Rte 88 in Castle Shannon rarely opens on time, 7am, on my way to work.Got banged for $19/mo. on my CC, complained, mgr gave me two mos. at $9.99/mo. Just saw $35 CC charge this month....THIEVES!

Getgo is very generous to us Veteran's of the armed forces . They donate their soon to be expired breads. My local American Legion is the beneficiary of their generosity. The Legion is able to make available all types of bread usually once a month on Thursdays. It is deeply appreciated by all the members and we can afford breads not usually in our budgets. Thank you so much. I always look forward to that day as well as all the other Veterans in Bethel Park do. It helps make Vietnam a distant memory.

GetGo McMurray is a great market that offers just about everything you’d need, compacted within a relatively small patch of land: groceries, beer & wine, prepared foods, a deli, Starbucks, a fuel station with a car wash and free auto vacuum stations, a pharmacy, indoor and outdoor eating areas, and a public restroom. Cool place.

I went to the car wash specifically because I had mud splashed on the side of my van. I went thru the car wash and when I came back out all of the mud was still on my car! I had to go home and wash it down again! Total waste of money!

Great car wash, my car is clean and they have towels to borrow and they have free vacuum, the only negative experience was that 2 vacuum machines did not work, the air flow was so weak and we had to move the car to another spot.

This people here are not well trained ,I went with $50 master gift card to put gas on my truck ,Gave master gift card to cashier she swipe the card and tell me I’m ready to put gas I took the pump out try to pump gas on my truck but I couldn’t went back to cashier and told her she reset the pump and took Master card again to swipe she couldn’t coz money was already taken out on the 1st swipe,she told me I will get money back to my card with in 24 hr but I didn’t get it ,they just took my money didn’t fill my tank never get my money back .call them few times they just point on one another.
