Had a car reservation for 12:00 on a Saturday. Made my way there, and lo and behold, they’re closed at 12 on Saturday! The guy on the phone never once told me to be early, or that they close at the time of my reservation. Absolutely absurd.

I got excellent service as usual & that is why I keep using Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Josh Hartz picked me up at the dealership, where I was having my car serviced and drove me to the rental office, which happened to very close. He was courteous and explained all of the details of the rental.

It's a shame I can't do zero stars. One of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. I rented a car for a Thursday and Friday. I returned the vehicle just after they closed on Friday and they charged me through Monday. So I called the local branch in McMurray, PA and was simply told that is our policy. I asked to speak to a person higher up at the Location. The person I was speaking with (Named Suzy) explained that she was the branch manager and that there is no one else to speak to at the branch. Snide is an understatement for how I was treated. I am a gentleman and will not use the word I was really thinking. Easy the last time I use Enterprise and especially the McMurray branch. Customer service and being understanding is simply not how they do business. What a shame because I fly a lot and rent, but like use this local branch for driving travel from the Pittsburgh area.
