I applied for a HELOC and got jerked around for 6 weeks before I withdrew my application. The communication from this office was terrible. I was actually considering moving all of my accounts to Dollar. I'm glad I didn't. Dollar obviously does not care about its customers.

Josh Baker helped me consolidate my credit card debt into one loan. My high interest credit cards are now paid off and I have a much lower interest rate loan that I can pay off early if I choose. My monthly bills are now significantly lower and easier to manage. I highly recommend Josh if you're in need of debt consolidation, or any other banking needs.

Honestly cannot understand the negative reviews. We have dealt with Dollar Bank for over 35 years and this particular branch, 20 years. I have never in all those years had any issues with the bank, their services or their employees. As long as we live in PA, you will have us as customers !

Never seen a bank with such a terrible online app/ presence. I stupidly opened a Growth Certificate account with an older lady who unfortunately had no idea what she was doing. She told me that I would get one interest rate, and I have a copy in writing from her, but the certificate was set up with a totally different interest rate. Learned my lesson and will walk out next time. I am pulling my accounts and encouraging my family to do the same.

This bank is likely one of the worst you could possibly make a deposit into. I have been a patron there for well over 5 years and recently I had to close my account because I was moving out of state where they have no branches. In the process of switching over my account I managed to accrue over $100 in NSF fees with them after trying to get them to close the account multiple times. They said there was nothing they could do to stop the account from being charged and it would cost just as much in fees to apply ‘stop payments' to the transactions that continued to hit the account and rack up the NSF fees. Eventually, when I went in to finally close the account, they informed me that I'd need to pay the $10 negative balance in order to close the account. I informed them that they actually owed me $100 for the fees they charged me for providing me no services whatsoever. They refused and forced me to pay the $10 to avoid keeping the account open. I felt this was very unethical and straight up indecent. If you are looking for a friendly, home-town bank that cares about you and your financial future, this I'd definitely not the bank for you! Stay away!

Pretty assume if you get the right teller. Krista is fantastic! However, got an extremely rude and grumpy lady once.
