The team at the McMurray DQ is wonderful! I came in requesting about 25 separate orders for a takeout lunch for residents at my job. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. They separated and labeled all the orders, had all the drinks packaged nicely in carriers, and helped me get everything out to my car. Everyone was very friendly and didn’t make me feel like a bother at all. I would highly recommend this location!

We stopped here to grab some blizzards, but my wife and I were hungry so we decided to get some burgers. We have never eaten burgers at DQ before, but we decided to take a chance. I’ll be damned if it wasn’t one of the best fast food burgers we’ve ever had. The burgers were carefully put together with all the toppings. My wife noted the pickles were fresh. Maybe it’s that our expectations weren’t that high, but we were both quite impressed. Might have to go back!

I drove down to DQ with some buddies on a Tuesday night. Both the website and the sign on the door out front said it closed at 9:00. We tried to walk in at 8:28 but the door was locked. We could see through the glass door there was a man doing something with the fountain machine directly in front of the door. We knocked loudly multiple times but the guy didn't even look up. My friends and I ended up going to milkshake factory instead. I think that's where we will go from now on. Im leaving one star because it won't let me leave zero.

Stopped in with family for some ice cream after dinner and the customer service was nonexistent. The young man at the counter didn’t speak, so I asked how he was doing and then placed my order. Every single one of the tables in the dining area was filthy. A manager did come out and wipe the tables down after we asked, but they weren’t much better after. Some of the walls around the tables even had food and stuff on them. Recommend a deep cleaning of the dining area very soon!

Last 2 times thru the drive up window, avg wait time, just under 30 minutes! The last 2 times thru are my last 2 times I will go there. Service is pathetic/non-existent. Other options not as convenient, but there is something about feeling appreciated.

I have no idea what was going on, but it was a nightmare getting my order. I pulled up to the drive thru and there was already one car in front of me at the screen. It took about five minutes until they finished up, and when it was my turn I realized why. I was told to wait, so I did for about another five minutes before he said “Hold on”. So I did, for ten minutes of silence. When I finally got someone I had to repeat myself multiple times. I said a two for $5 with a double cheeseburger and pretzel sticks and after a minute of silence he says “pretzel sticks and a drink?”. I say I want my cheeseburger without pickles and mustard, a long silence again and then he asks “without pickles and ketchup?”. It happened with more parts of my order, but let’s just say it was a nightmare. It took over five minutes for me to get to the window, and after taking my card he groans and asks if I can pay with cash. I never carry cash so I was lucky I could pay for the food I had now spent over twenty minutes waiting for. My blizzard was soupy so he couldn’t flip it, but at that point I just wanted to leave.I was having a rough day so I wanted to get some food and go to the lake. I get to the lake and lord and behold; my pretzel sticks are missing, and there’s stuff I said not to put on my burger. My plans? Ruined. Once I go back to get my order fixed I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I don’t know if they need more staff or what, I just wish there had been some sort of remediation for my wait, and the hassle of getting my order, and the fact that somehow things were wrong or missing.

Hello! I called from Seattle to order a birthday cake for my daughter who lives in Canonsburg. Jill did a SUPER DUPER job on decorating and I am SO grateful! ? From the Assistant Manager to Jill and Chastin, who were all so gracious and kind despite my calling a bazillion times with a ton of questions. LoL Thank you so very much for accommodating me!
