Only place I let touch my cars… Hands down the best tint/detail shop in pa unbeatable customer service and car care.They’ve done two of my cars 2020 challenger and a 2014 Crz couldn’t recommend a better shop!!!

They ended up solving a previously unnoticed issue with the undercoating and rust proofing on my truck and even though not being scheduled for this extensive service on the given day they were still able to get it in and actually complete the job.

Appeared to be nice job. When I got home, raised it on my lift. Area behind running boards was missed, a few small spots and area on frame across from inside of each tire. I also paid extra for the sound proofing but only received normal thin undercoating. coating. Took it back and technician went over the areas. He got most of it, but still missed inside of rear tires on frame and a little behind running boards(which I removed before returning). Also no sound proofing was added. He did the best he could, considering the lift they use. It is a drive on 18 inch wide parallel vehicle platforms to pull on to. Then vehicle is raised by 4 post lifts. Unfortunately, it really restricts the ability of the technician to get proper complete coverage.I mentioned this to the business, but they said the frame lifts weren't safe.Anyway they were friendly and nice technician. The unfortunate thing is that I had to drive 150 miles to location a second timeas it was the nearest Ziebart.

I was very disappointed with my undercoating on my 2020 Jeep Wrangler. First off my frame looks like it has bubbles all over it and there is undercoat all over my plastic wheel wells and on all my plastic shock cover's. They totally look horrible it looks like a 2 year old did it. Then 2nd there is over spray all over the outside of my jeep on the paint and they had over spray all over my rims. Third their is a paint chip in my driver's side door that wasn't there when we did the walk around. I took my jeep back to them to show them what my jeep looks like and all she said was that they can wipe the over spray off but they didn't do the paint chip and there is nothing that they can do about my frame or my wheel wells and my shock covers. I Would Never Recommend Ziebart To Any One . They are not customer friendly very rude and never even offer any money back.

When I bought my 2013 car new, I had the dealership take it to Ziebart. When I bought my used truck, because the frame and body was good I wanted to keep it so. Took it to Ziebart as well. Never regretted these decisions. Always treated well there.

First-very nice people. I am sure they do detailing and accessories with skill. I bought the rustproofing and undercoating package for my new Prius in the spring of 2021. I suspect they did a good job of the rustproofing inside the panels and maybe the underside of the floor pan. Later, when I got it home, jacked it up to remove the wheels. I was shocked to see the entire suspension was essentially bare. The engine cross member had some overspray but that's it. I called and they said they spray what they can reach from under the lift. They don't remove the wheels to reach anything from above. What? Are you serious? Yes, they have a drive-on lift and don't remove the wheels. To summarize, nice folks, family-owned and one of the last of it's kind. They probably offer many quality services. Don't hire them to undercoat your car if you want a proper coating on all the stamped steel suspension parts that rust through about the same time as the rocker panels. I ended up doing the rest of the coating job myself with spray bombs. If you want a good undercoating job, I suspect any average autobody shop could do it for a similar price.
