“I went to the Pittsburgh Greyhound bus station for the first time today, and the lobby area was clean, but noisy and crowded.As for the front entrance, it smelled of tobacco and weed smoke, and there were a few people smoking in the “No smoking” section despite the signs.I also appreciated that there were signs throughout the station saying that only people who purchased tickets were allowed in and homeless people were not allowed inside.There is also a charging station, restaurant, and signs posted throughout the station, and vending machines.Finally, I have found the station to be safe, but when I was waiting for my Uber ride, there were people screaming for no apparent reason.”

“It takes way too long to get approved for ACCESS. However, they are the most reliable paratransit I have had. They were excellent when my plane was cancelled and rescheduled on arrival returning from my mother's funeral. They give me reliable transportation to return to work. That being said, I had to reschedule meetings for 3.5 months to transition services with the community outside the VA. It was a nightmare.They would not accept visiting paratransit and my car was inoperative.”

“I love working here very nice people and very respectful they try to fix problems with the jobs the best way they can and are allowed to do so safely they take the safety of the kids /students very seriously and I mean very like they are there own kids I know I do when I work there I'm always serious and always trying to learn how i can be better especially when im working with special needs students it's not easy but this job is not just a job we have the opportunity to be a light for the students to do better in schools when we interact with the students I know I see a huge difference when we interact by talking to the students keep in mind not every student is talking and or talkative some like being left alone you just got to know you're students and how to keep them calm and happy think of them as your own kids how you want them to be safe and grow and be amazing the students have a routine they are used to the same people and dont change as much hopefully this will help whoever sees this to pick a job we need drivers and monitors we need drivers especially with cdl and drivers for vans and but especially big bus company pays very good acutely even as a monitor it pays good hopefully this will be seen by people who need a job and are on the fence about working for a school bus company this company it's not only a job it's family to Me personally this company really has helped me out with jobs and financial issues with cars when I didn't have a way in to work they came and got Me for the summer route that was a very big deal to Me because job don't do that this Is more than a job it's family thanks for taking the time to read this may you all be blessed and be safe”
