Tiffani has great energy and embraces everyone that comes to her class. No matter where you’re at in your fitness journey she will meet you there and encourage you. She always has modifications for all exercises. The group of ladies at each class are also welcoming and encouraging. Highly recommended

Tiffani is a very good instructor...she's attentive as to noticing a struggle, a pain, a discomfort etc and direct you to modify or change your way of doing things. Tiffani is a motivator and she keeps you engaged which encourages you to want to come back. Tiffani always change up the steps or add new things to the workouts which I like because you can get bored. Tiffani has a lot of patience and has modified exercises for those who struggle and there is never shaming or making a person feel less than. When you join her class it, becomes more like a sisterhood. Tiffani keep doing what you're doing.

I’ve been working out with Tiffani for over a year now, I enjoy her classes. She knows how to get you moving & grooving at any age!! I definitely recommend giving her classes a try! I myself have lost more inches than pounds. I feel stronger for sure.

Tiffani created such a positive women empowered environment and KICKED our butts with 5lb. kettlebells! It was amazing!! Great sweat- Great convos! I can't wait until the next one.
