My 15 yr old daughter purchased a phone from Amazon but had trouble getting the SIM card to work.. Robert had it figured out and we were out of the door in 20 minutes!! Both employees were kind and friendly as my 2 yr old ran around the store... Thanks again!!

The manager, Andrew, was extremely rude and insulting to my wife who is almost 80 years old. She walked out after being rudely addressed and insulted. Instead of going to a 3rd party location again, we went to an official location in Pittsburgh to get help after that. We were able to speak with the manager at the official location about what happend, and he was appalled and very apologetic. My wife was a bit worried since this 3rd party location had her information and didnt want the manager trying to access our information after we left out of spite, but the manager gave us detailed instructions on who and how to contact a specific department at tmobile for them to actively check for any unauthorized access to our Tmobile account and information. I would advise anyone who has had issues at this location (seems to be a good amount of people) to do the same.

Switched to internet service. Supposedly in a good area. Internet is very spotty and some days does not work at all. Some days it's ok. There is no solution. Never more than 3 bars.

Latest experience. Went to check on getting my daughters phone upgraded. Guy who waited on her told her she with Sprint not T-Mobile . Hello you guys been merged for over 2 years same company. Said I can’t do anything for you and walked away. I called the store asking to speak to a manager. Must of been same guy and said no manager here at this time. Very Poor Customer Service.

I WAS LIED TO! I ported 3 lines over that I had with AT&T for 25+ years and ordered an $1,199 new phone for my line. I was quoted a promotional price where I would get half off the new phone (S23 Ultra), payable as a 50% credit on my bill. I confirmed this multiple times with the employee when I was placing the order. I called their main help line about something else and decided to confirm the deal before the phone shipped. Turns out I was getting $200 less than promised. DO NOT TRUST THEM!!!
