The owner of this company has horrible customer service skills and a horrible attitude. A third party scheduled a wrap removal without my permission. I had to cancel that appointment and book one that would work for me. The day of the appointment, I texted a simple question about leaving the business name and phone number on my rear windshield. I was responded to with rudeness for no reason. Wayne immediately had an attitude. I called to rectify whatever it was that made him mad but his rudeness only got worse and he hung up on me. Needless to say, he canceled our removal and told me not to contact his company again. I went out of my way to make sure he was ok with doing this removal due to they fact that he had an issue with the third party that was directing me to use him for the removal. I did not deserve this treatment and want others to be warned of the way they may possibly be treated. Worst customer service in mckeesport. Owner doesn't provide material as far as 3m vehicle wrap in which you have to find other company to do print and etc. Owner labor price is $5,000 w/o material. If you ask me he look and seem pretty crackheadish....smh

Certified 3m and Avery graphics installation..most experienced in the Pittsburgh area.. they're work is everywhere from Port authority busses to all 3major league sporting venues..and the custom vehicle decal design are world class..good guys..check them out.

Top notch service going on here. Went onto their Facebook page and filled out an estimate request to get my windows tinted, they responded within an hour when they would be available to take it (the next day). Staff was friendly, patient and wanted to make sure everything was done correctly. Prices are fair. Will be back here in the future ?

Had a quick tint removal that got a little more complicated than anticipated, but Ryan went above and beyond to insure the job was done right with no additional cost! Top notch service which I highly recommend!
