Does anyone in this pharmacy know that they can smile?? Coming here for years and literally every time the employee who waits on me is miserable. Every time. And not just one of them, all of them, pharmacists included. Was there this evening and asked the tech to check the price on GoodRx. When I thanked him for taking the time he mumbled “Mmm..mmm”. The cashiers in the main store are actually kind and speak to you and smile. What is wrong with the pharmacy department?? Who hires these unsocial people to work with the public??

I was there today picked up medicine obviously but every single time that I am there the lady that waited on me is constantly rude and acts like your a bother to her rudely rushes you tells you to put in the birthday but the screen to do so wasn't up on my end yet the rudely shoves your medicine to you don't even give you a chance to ask a question or if you need to talk to the pharmacist looking at my receipt her name is Kellie Mc she needs talked to about her poor customer service because next time I will call her out in front of the entire store about her piss poor attitude if she hates her job maybe she should seek other employment. I suggest the owner get in contact with me because this is every time she's extremely rude every one else is great I have only had poor service from this employee this rating and only because of her deserves negative 500 stars.

Called to see if they had a medication in stock, got transferred to two people and waited for them to slowly look up my info twice just for them to say no.Still better than the one at the waterfront. At least they were polite.

I have been shopping with this grocery store for over 10 years & I am really thankful & impressed that the produce area features a wide variety of vegan options, soy free foods & organic selections. I usually have to have drive out of the Mon Valley area almost 40 minutes for vegan options. I really appreciate you stocking your shelves with more vegan options & keeping more cruelty free foods in your inventory

I was there for my 2 covid shots. Pharmacists 2 different were nice didn't have to wait long at all. Had my appointments for late in the day and wanted to get them out of the way. Both times they accommodated me quickly and no fuss. Small store so less customers = less wait. Don't get my medications filled there so not sure of how well that aspect is.

Always inform me when my prescriptions are ready and I have about 10 if them! Always are ready to answer any questions I have and are always friendly and prompt! My go-to to get my medications!

This pharmacy is terrible. They never notify me when my prescriptions are done even though I have them update my contact information every time I pick up ensure its correct. They won't notify you if your insurance doesn't cover a prescription either. They just let it sit there until you call about it days later because.you need it. This has screwed me over TWICE in the last month, as I have had to make frantic phone calls to the doctor, insurance, and other pharmacies to get my prescriptions filled. DO NOT recommend.

I have been shopping Giant Eagle for 58 years! I started at 10 years old. This Giant Eagle needs handicap accessible scooters. I can count on Giant Eagle. Thanks Mark for seeing I was dead tired!; I like this location. I'll probably be back in a Giant Eagle today. It's a way of life!!
