the red hair cashier working late night today april 21,2024 @9:45 was cussing and talking badly to and about customers. also deny entry to the store for 12 customers saying they was closed AT 9:45 !

I love my local family dollar. Kristy is an awesome manager she goes above and beyond to make the store look nice to make the customers feel welcome she goes out of her way to help people so stop what she's doing no matter what it is to help a customer she's one of the best persons I've ever known and she's one of the best store managers I've ever known she runs that place like a tight ship she's good at what she does she definitely deserves a race for sure cuz every time I go there she's there it's like she kind of lives there and the store has changed so much and benefited so much by her being in charge it's just amazing how much the store has changed shelves are always stocked the store always looks good she's an amazing management and needs a raise God bless her and I love my local Family Dollar

I wish I could give 0 stars the cashier was very rude and disrespectful I was standing there for 30 mins bc he wanted to talk to his friend then he allowed another guy to cut in front of me and ring his stuff out and told me that the women would ring my items up even though she was counting cigarettes then as I proceeded to walk up after he continued to let people cut in front of me he refused to even let me put my things down so he could scan them there wasn’t any cart available so I had to hold everything by hand this store needs to get better employee

Some employing in big d yelling at some little girls because they had there backpack open, the little girl dropped something out of it and picked it up, and he just accuse them of stealing and iwouldn't be mad if he did it, yell at them, and the nice employee, he should be fired. If I ever see he again, will you lose a customer who has been going to the store when it first was built
