ZERO stars should be available for criminal enterprises like this one.Crooks at the time of signing - I was told they could keep my payment under "X", and then was told it needed to be $25 higher. And, the manager had left for the day, so nobody was there to approve the lower payment. Again, crooks when it comes to repairs. Paid $1600+ a few days before Christmas to fix an oil leak. This presumably included pressure testing, etc, to find the leak. EIGHT DAYS LATER, the car has an oil leak STILL. The service manager told me it would not be covered, because "It must not have been leaking from there" EIGHT DAYS PRIOR !!!! So, warranty on repairs is non-existent. This matters when buying a POS American car that will only give the worst warranty in the business (3/36). PLUS, Chevy "simply could n ot help" because all locations are owned independently. Nice cop-out on their end, too. To summarize, POS car, POS repairs with no warranry, POS people working at this dealership.After 4 days, still no further word from the repair fraud manager !!!!!

10/12/22 Darryl Steeple at the service center got in my face and became extremely confrontational with me over our car's lower rear control arm being rusted and snapping. This was on a 2019 Chevy equinox. He argued with me over the phone saying my husband hit something when he didn't. We have video proof from where my husband broken down to prove our claim over it. On 10/19/22 Darryl took it in himself to get in my face with my two children present. He asked me do you have something to say. He also harassed my husband all day long by calling his cell phone asking for the loaner car back. We told him our insurance company claims adjuster didn't get back to us. I called Allen the general manager who said we could keep the loaner longer. Then explained how Darryl kept cutting me off on the phone. During the confrontational manner with Darryl I said now is not the time and the place in front of my kids. He acted very irrational and angry. I feared for me and my children's safety. He made me extremely uncomfortable and made my 8 year old daughter scared and cry. I also had my 3 month old with me. On 10/20/22 the manger started calling my husband to take this review down. Told us if we didn't we'd be banned from the shop. Also are refusing to fix the alignment on our car we paid for and still is t correct after paying for it. No because we didn't hit anything and you will not recall it or honor our warranty. Nor fix the alignment we paid for. I don't recommend this business and they lost our entire family that's been going here over 10 years. Don't worry we all won't be back! 10/20/22 The service manger is now calling my step father's phone and harassing him about my review. I will keep updating. They're not gonna get away with how it I was treated. Nor will I remove this review either.

Very, pleased they have been very cordial every time I've been there! I wish I can remember the gentleman name , every time I've been there for he's treated me very well ! I appreciate that ?

If I could give zero stars I would. I had service done on my car yesterday, the technician gave up on the repairs, lost parts in my engine, claimed faulty repair jobs from prior services (done by CHEVY!), was yelled at and degraded by the service writer, and told we were wrong and that the problem we described is not the problem that we have even having. The manager will not return our calls. I will NEVER recommend this place for service. We are going to report them to the BBB, and go to the magistrate to get our money back and to have the car repaired by a competent technician.
