I will 100% shop here again! My wife and I bought candy as a birthday gift to our daughter and the service was amazing. They were out of one of the candies my daughter loves and so they reached out and helped me pick another candy that she loved. No other candy place ive been to has this type of service. 5/5 stars for making my daughter birthday!

I have been doing business with Candy Favorites for over 20yrs and keep going back for our favorite retro candy products. The team a CF is very knowledgeable about all their lines and they know always guide us to the best product for our current theme.
They follow their knowledge with great communication, along with timely packaging and shipping options.
If you need a professional service to provide you excellent products, then stick with CF.

I ordered some Snyder's Sweet and Sassy Chips from this company and all bags I received had the expiration date covered with a sticker and were very stale. I contacted the company and Jon told me that my chips were not stale and taste good. This is very bad business practice and you should not be selling expired items. I paid over $30 for these chips and can’t eat them. Jon basically told me I was a liar. Why did you cover the expiration date to the point that the sticker will not come off? I know what fresh and stale tastes like.
Update:After posting this review, the president of the company Jon Prince sent me a threatening email stating that I better take this review down or else he would get attorneys involved. He sold me three expired bags of chips and clearly covered the expiration date.

My go-to for Halloween candy in bulk! They kindly take my order over the phone and I pick up on-site. The candy is always high-quality and packaged well. Staff seemed a bit confused that I was picking up in person, but no one made me feel unwelcome.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. My order showed up with the packaging opened and packaging peanuts mixed in with the candy.I called immediately to request a refund, and experienced the worst customer service of my life. I politely followed the store's customer service return processes, was ignored and dismissed on multiple attempts, and eventually had to challenge my order with the bank.

I purchased 2 packages of their licorice recently at the request of the general as he found the Web site and for me to ship to a 2-star US Air Force General in a hospital in Las Vegas but have the candy delivered to his home and his son would deliver it. I paid the $5 thinking this would help arrive sooner (that didn't happen). I received a text from the general apologizing for asking me to purchase from www.candyfavorites.com, a terrible company who would ship old and hard licorice and even the nurses and medical staff were shocked when they tried it tossing out theirs. i received a reply from Jon Prince, President, with a lot of "lip service" and without the product they could not credit my account. Now how can I do that since the hospital staff threw it away (I also appreciate there are too many scammers out there that could make up this story). I am warning you, be careful - I ended up "eating" $59 for these 2 boxes of old and hard licorice.

First, let start off by saying the candy is fresh and very good. I ordered the sour cherry chewy balls. I love those candies. My first order was 2lbs. I paid the extra charge for a cold pack so they didn't melt upon arrival. They arrived in perfect shape. None of them melted and weren't stuck together. So my next order I decided to get 6 lbs. this time I paid the extra cost of faster "processing" so I would get them faster because it took about 5 working days for me to get them, and I paid for 2 cold packs. Well, it took almost 2 weeks for me to get them. So my advise is DO NOT PAY THE 5.00 FOR FASTER PROCESSING. It's literally a waste of money and doesn't do anything for your shipping time. I called customer service and they told me they process the order faster but has nothing to do with shipping time. Does that make sense?? I think not!! So, again do not pay for faster processing. And do not be in a hurry to get your order. Expect a long wait time to get it. And order way ahead of time if you are ordering for a special event. The saying that goes "We live and we learn." Applies to this company. But they do have candy that no one else has.

Buyer beware! My order was delivered with damaged items. I made numerous attempts to get an answer to my concerns. All of my efforts were ignored. Their customer service is terrible. This company doesn’t respect the customer enough to reply to a concern.
