“I most recently took my car to ACS Auto for a brake job after noticing a screeching noise. Although, Adam has been working on my car for about the last 8 years. The shop was well-kept and I was greeted immediately. Adam was professional, taking the time to explain the wear on my brake pads and the process to replace them.
His communication was clear and he walked me through the estimated cost before starting any work. The pricing was transparent and felt fair, given especially the quality of the service. Additionally, I appreciate that Adam takes the time to diagnose the problem instead of throwing parts at my car wasting my time and money trying to just figure it out. And he doesn’t try to pressure me into additional services, which speaks to the shop's integrity. The repair was completed within the promised timeframe and my car has been braking smoothly ever since.
