Terrible. Some 17 year old cut my hair and she had no idea what she was doing. It had to be her first week ever cutting hair. Someone else had to come fix her hack job after she was done. I should have refused to pay but I felt bad for the girl and I am a nice person. I shouldn’t have to pay for them teaching new girls using me as a training dummy.
That’s not what I was there for. I’ll never be back.

5 stars for Kat. She is really knowledgeable and very patient. She knows what she's doing and takes time to do the cut. Also, I like the atmosphere here. It's pretty chill. MVP is really good!

Awful experience, I waited for 45 minutes and when they called me some lady jumped up in front of me and pushed her kid ahead and took my spot. I just left never coming back

Preston got my taper fade lookin right. Cut my hair exactly how i wanted it cut. Great conversation. Great time. Good vibes. Don't listen to what the pervy old dudes say anyone can cut your hair. The women and the men give the same service to their customers... a haircut.

Today i had my first haircut in this Saloon. The screen showed a 5 minute wait, but I had to wait for 15 minutes. I showed one of my old haircut pictures and explained how the haircut should be. The lady seemed not to listen carefully. She did not know how a low fade haircut is. She gave me a terrible low fade then. Again I had to explain and show pictures of a low fade haircut. It seemed that she has not been a barber at all and doesn't understand what a customer wants. I was literally tired of explaining and came out with a terrible haircut. After paying her payment, she was telling that i have to pay an extra 10 dollars next time cuz mine counts as a detailed haircut, so funny to me. Don't go to any sport clips if you want a good haircut pals.

checked in at 4pm with a 60 min wait, arrived at 450, still had a hour wait, left at 530, got a text at 545 that my stylist would be ready in 15 mins, 6:15 I got a text I was next, a 1:15mins past when they said they would be ready, this place is a joke, you pay for the mvp and don’t get anything but a 5 min haircut. Overpriced, mediocre service. Franchises are the worst thing ever, I’m sure the owner is laughing all the way to the bank, they need to spend some money on hiring qualified staff! Save your money and time and go anywhere but hereTo answer Tori’s question below, no I will not give you another chance, my time and money are better spent elsewhere. The place I go to now has a ex sports clips employee who has said how many times guys propositioned her in the back room and management did nothing is disgusting.

Spent an hour and a half waiting on a haircut before i mentioned it, they said i still have 45 minutes to wait. Will never be back to any sport clips ever. Unacceptable

I have been coming to Sports Clips often over the years. The Robinson location happens to be my most visited. I have never had a bad haircut here. Every visit has been pleasant and I always use "First Available" and always enjoy my time and experience.

I just left and couldn't be more pleased.I was in town for a couple of days and stopped in for a cut. Preston did an amazing job. This guy knows what he's doing.Thank you Preston!
