Slowest Sheetz I've ever been to why does it take almost 10 mins for a breakfast sandwich. They weren't that busy inside, and I waited around 10 mins for one sandwich, which they didn't even have the bread I wanted and paid for. No compensation for the missing items or extra long wait time was offered. It's just a swap out option, which potentially I could have overpaid because I got a different option than what I originally paid for. I am very dissatisfied with the whole process and experience. I wouldn't recommend this place.

I frequently stop here late night after work, as it's on my way home. The new management that's been in place the last few months on this shift is absolutely horrible. The girl Kiwana, constantly demeans and talks down to her employees, who are actually working, while she holds conversations with people in the aisles. Today, I walked up to the register, which she was standing at. As soon as I walked up, she promptly walked away, and walked into the back. Another employee, stopped cooking and came to ring me out. A line began to form behind me, the supervisor continued to do nothing. I have watched her demean an employee into actual tears before, but this company is supposed to be big on mental health awareness? Seems to be big on bullies and laziness. Any time they get good management/employees they run them out. This store has gone downhill and fast, bring back the old manager from this shift and whoever was running the store before, because the change was not for the better. Before I was greeted, with a smile or hello, and felt welcome. This girl you have as a supervisor just made it so I take my money elsewhere from now on.

Every time I am at this location it is a bad experience. Today the cashier knows nothing about their products and just makes up whatever information she wants even though it is far from the truth. Just go to the other location down the street. Smh

I used their BRUSHLESS car wash a while ago and I loved it and recommended it to others. My car was clean and shiny. On 9-22-23 I got in line to get it again and paid $15 for the wash. When I pulled in I was shocked to see these giant black rubber tubes coming at my car, smacking hard against my windows. I have NEVER taken my car into a car wash where things touch my car. When it was finally done I drove out and parked to look at the car. It was definitely not as clean as the brushless one, there were weird soap marks on my hood, there was a lot more water dripping off and there were marks left by the rubber tubes that looked like scratches. Luckily I had a soft towel in my car and dried it off before the soap was able to dry. And the towel was filthy after wiping my car! I won't be back for another wash there. Terrible "wash" and a waste of money.

My only complaint is when I order a sandwich on a sub roll and request for it to be toasted the bread comes out rock hard. I think it's being left in the toaster too long. Other than that, I have no complaints.

Used the drive thru, it took a while but it was after a concert so it was unusually busy and expected. Parking lot was clean and staff was friendly.

Very nice in store, a lot of options for snacks / drinks. Their hot food is great for a gas station (Id recommend the Mac n cheese bites w/ the boom boom sauce). Sheetz is very popular for younger people in western PA for a reason - you can get gas and some snacks for a not too expensive price, at least, compared to other places
