do not go to Sassy Sensations Robinson. they do not care about the customers or fixing mistakes that they made. they will not contact you and will take your money for things they did not give you. i ordered a pair of boots online , show up to the store they aren’t there. she tells me she cannot get ahold of the boss cause she’s in a meeting meanwhile im in a rush and need them tonight so i proceed to buy another pair being promised my card charge will not process and will be canceled. she did not contact me that night like she was supposed to, i call the next morning she tells me she still did not talk to the boss and she would call me back soon as she did. the whole day goes by she proceeds not to call me. i call back the next morning because now the charge has WENT THRU on my card. i call back she tells me she doesn’t know why and that she will call the boss but she says the boss is busy AGAIN and doesn’t know when she’ll be in touch with her. i finally had to dispute it with my bank with no help from them. she did not care about taking care of my situation at all i am a loyal customer here for the past 6 months and i bring customers here but never again. this situation was handled grossly the way the worker acted like she was so helpless. she should have given me the boots i paid for on day 1 instead of making me buy another pair after i showed her my recipet. unsure of her name but she has the long dark hair with glasses and works at the one in robinson. this will also be getting reported to the better business bureau. you guys need to do better. don’t play with peoples money

I wish I could rate this store as more than 5 stars. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience today at the store. If you are nervous or unsure about going to an adult store in person, this location is the place for you. I was a bit nervous to go inside such a store, but the lady at the cash register was very nice. She asked if my partner and I had been there previously, and after we informed her that we had not, she showed us all around the store, explaining where everything was.After a bit, she checked on us to see if we needed any help, and we had a great conversation. She was very sweet and honestly made it an amazing experience! I definitely recommend this store. In addition to the personable employees, the prices are also reasonable. Some of the items can be more expensive, but the ones that cost more are name brand and good quality.Loved my experience and will be returning!

We’re so disappointed that we weren’t made to feel welcomed here:( According to the receipt, the woman’s name was Tammy. It was 20 minutes til close, but I came there on a mission and wasn’t planning on leaving empty handed (I didn’t get to celebrate my 40th bday a couple days ago because I had to work, so I was ready to spend) Walked in, she didn’t say hello, she looked at her watch so, I said hello. I also indicated that I knew they were fixing to close, but I knew what I wanted and would be quick.No response. No smile. Just a blank stare.Went about my business, tried to ask a few questions and she just wasn’t into selling product I guess. I still bought a couple of clothing items and wanted toy cleaner, but she “forgot” to ring it and seemed like doing another transaction wouldn’t be possible.Too bad. I was there to purchase not only clothing, but shoes, and a couple of toys. Would’ve been an easy $250+ sale, but instead, we spent just over $60 and headed somewhere else to finish shopping.We really like Vanessa so I’m sad that she wasn’t there and sad that I couldn’t support her business as intended because her employee was clearly irritated that we were there with only 20 minutes to spare. I’m in service too, and no matter how close to closing time, you make your guests feel welcome or ya lose out. My jobs important, it pays my bills, etc. so I always treat my guests like they’re about to spend a million. Even if they don’t. ??

I came in looking for a product I saw online. The owner is an excellent salesman and sold me a product claiming it was exactly the same thing - only better! Stupidly, I believed her and bought the product for $78 (after a “special $5 discount” she gave me). When I got home and opened it, it was not at all what she said it was. I was upset so I looked it up online and saw this same product available on Amazon for $34. I clearly got taken for a ride by the owner of this store. I called and spoke to the assistant manager 3 times and she kept saying she will have Vanessa (the owner) call me. Took 3 weeks or so to finally get contact with the owner.The owners solution to the problem? I could come in and BUY something ELSE and she would give me a discount on that. She said she will not give me any of my money back even though she straight up lied to me about what was in the box. Her excuse for telling me the wrong thing is that it was “busy” in there that day. There were two other ladies in the store with me and that’s it. Everyone was talking and joking and no one was in a hurry. Do not waste your money and do not expect her to do the right thing if something happens.

Wonderful experience! I am a transgender man, and I was welcomed warmly. Very LGBTQ friendly. Great selection and very friendly staff, I felt completely safe and happy shopping. I can't wait to go back.

Vanessa was working tonight. she made me and my fiance feel so welcome. the most thing that made my night. I'm a bigger girl and I have issues finding lingerie that fits my chest well. she personally looked around the store while I browsed and found me two pieces that first off looked beautiful!!! I tried both on and I felt very confident and sexy! she made the whole experience fun and worthwhile. even tho we frequently pop in I will definitely be back for my lingerie needs

The selection is okay and the customer service is fine but we'll never shop there again. We bought batteries that ended up not fitting our device so we tried to return them but the return period is 10 days. We won't shop at a store we can't reliably return products.

Stopped at this store for the first time about 15 mins ago and I have to say it is an awesome place with the most amazing staff. I was greeted right away and asked if I needed anything. Everything that I looked at, Vanessa and Michele made sure I like it or showed me things similar if I didnt. I mean the store is enough to want to go to but the customer service was top notch. Amazing! Definitely will be back frequently! And thanks again ladies!

A lot of stuff. Lady was helpful, but they didn't have as many colors for garter belts as they had for thigh high. I was looking for a purple or lime green. But he was very satisfied with what I bought so I can't complain.

Over the last year I have travel all over so I have shopped at most of the adult stores in the area. II have to say this was one of my least favorites. It was cool that i found a lingerie piece my wife own years ago and since lost, so that was beneficial. However, I found most of their items price well above other area stores. The staff was nice, but beyond pushy! I don't know if they are super paranoid about stealing or just that desperate for a sale. Either way it made me feel uncomfortable.
