Mariah was the best and honestly I’ve never had better customer service in my life! She was so helpful and showed me where everything that I needed was and helped me pick it out! I’m very new to the wig/hair world and I was nervous going because people can be rude but that was not the case here. I felt bad because I was asking a million questions and she answered all with a smile. Highly recommended this place! They had everything I needed for my wig and even had tons of other cute accessories/makeup. A one stop shop lol. Thanks again Mariah!! You’re the best and made the whole experience worth it and comfortable.

Yesterday I visited this establishment and purchased several items. The highest cost of 2 items were $9.99 each, the lowest cost was a lip gloss for $2.99. After leaving the store I looked at the receipt and noticed the girl rang me up for 6 items and I only purchased 5. A closer look showed that she rang me up for 2 lip glosses. I returned to the store and the manager was working. I brought all of the items back and showed him the receipt and said it could be corrected by either a refund of the double ring or giving me the a lip gloss that I paid for. He asked me what time I was there and called someone to the front. I told him it was a different girl who rang me up. But asked her if she she remembers me, to which she says no. Which i find very hard to believe. He proceeds to examine the receipt. After some time, I said what's the issue? I don't need 3 dollars or a free lip gloss. This is a double ring? (I only bought it at the last minute for my 2 year old who like to play with gloss.) He says he has to do his due diligence. What's else do you need at this point? Call the girl then who rang me up. He hesitantly gives me the lip gloss I paid for. Smh. I won't be back here. I could have said she double rang the highest item if I were trying to get over. Make sure you check your receipt before you leave the store. So you won't be made to feel like some kind of thief.

I met the owner about 6 ago. I've been shopping here since. She and her family are always nice. I make it a point to make small talk when I go in, and they typically have what I need. I like that they allow you to feel the hair in the packages unlike the other stores. They treat you like respectable humans at this establishment. The owners are Black which I really like. I'd definitely recommend supporting this store, as there aren't many black owned hair stores in the area.

They don't allow you to try on the product or return it. So if you get home and it doesn't look right you're stuck.

I called to get a price range on wigs so I wouldn't have to make a long trip for nothing. The man was very rude and wouldn't even tell me anything. He said I'd have to come in the store just to get a price range, but that's a long trip for me. I called 2 other wig shops after I spoke to him and they had no problem whatsoever giving me the price range on their wigs. I'm sad to say that I will not be supporting this business ever again!
