This store always has parking available. The store is clean. Cashier is friendly helpful and inviting. Some of the employees are not as helpful and I've seen one worker sitting on the floor doing her job and playing on her phoneshe was heavy mabey she couldn't stand long periods? thats amazing that this is tolerated by management. People can't get down the isle with her sitting in the middle of it. Some products the store carries are limited with how many they carry and have in stock. I've been in there plenty of times and wasn't able to buy the things I wanted due to this and spoke to managers about it but nothing is ever changed or any better. Mabey it's not his fault could be a supply issue. I do like that the pharmacy has delivery that's very helpful.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to!! Don’t give this place your business!! They are always to busy, they will have you wait an hour to fill 15 800 ibuprofen.. UNREAL. On top of that they are good for lying! They say they need an hour to fill your prescription then you take a ride come back in an hour then they say they can’t fill your prescription, with no reason at all! When I ask why they can’t fill it after having me wait they just say sorry we can’t fill it till the next day. So my doctor called the prescription in the day before and they say they still need time!! unacceptable

Horrible experience. First time filling a prescription there and i had an issue with my daughters insurance though it was currently active. That wasn’t the issue I had with my experience. The issue I had was the pharmacists horrible cold attitude. She was completely uninterested in my concerns and extremely rude when I asked questions about my daughters insurance or if she could try running it again. She was more concerned about rushing people out of the building because it was close to closing. Being close to closing should never cause you to be disrespectful and make someone feel unheard. Overall she was extremely unpleasant and I will not be going back to this pharmacy again.

Disgusted! They never fill prescriptions in a timely manner. Doesn't matter that it's a monthly prescription. No one answers the phone so you always have to drive up there. They constantly make false claims about which medications my insurance covers. Even though I've just spoke with my insurance carrier. I usually go by the drive thru but today it was closed. Not a big deal. The pharmacist assistant is DISGUSTING! The aray of body filth odors coming from them is unacceptable. I do not want someone like that touching anything that I have to consume. It's just unsanitary.

Please hire more people in your pharmacy! They never ever answer the phone, and I know they are always super busy when I'm there so how can they?I've been transferred to the pharmacist 5 times now just to be bounced back to the machine. How am I supposed to fill my meds?

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I called to speak with a pharmacist or pharm tech about refilling a prescription I did not have the prescription number for. The IVR is at least 5 min long alone, but the phone would ring about 6 times when I pressed the option to speak with a pharmacist and then it would go right back to the phone tree without anyone acknowledging the call or answering. I eventually stopped listening to the IVR and as soon I would immediately press option 3 to speak with the pharmacy. I am

Cashier at the front of the store is friendly but the pharmacy staff is rude and arrogant especially the smug little beta male at the pharmacy front desk. Will be getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere moving forward. No wonder Rite Aid is closing so many stores.

I've been using this Rite Aid store on Pine Hollow Road for years. The staff and service are fantastic. I get all my shots & COVID boosters there and the pharmacist is great. So glad this location is staying open. Super convenient for someone who doesn't drive - right on the bus line.

This place is not worth 1 star. The pharmacy is straight up garbage. My son’s prescription was supposedly not able to be filled yet due “to insurance “. About an hour later I get an out of stock text on my phone. I tried calling for over an hour. Absolutely no one answered the phone. I went in the next day to speak someone and she simply shrugged her shoulders and said “we don’t have it and I don’t know when it’s coming “ as she walked away. What great customer service! Not!! No wonder the company is facing bankruptcy. Try treating your paying customers better and maybe people would shop there. I am beyond disgusted.

I usually don't go to this Rid Aid they had the medicine I needed for my daughter this was my first time horrible experience. I purchased something else in the store while paying for my prescription my usual Rite Aid ring everything together I was owed a refund nobody knew what they were doing I had to just leave because I had a uber waiting for me. All I got was an apology and not my money unbelievable, horrible experience won't return. I wouldn't even give 1 star.
