“It's with a sad heart that I leave this review. Neil was our mailman here in Lawrenceville for years. His service to the community was outstanding. Just when you think public service hasn't much to offer along comes someone like Neil. He never missed a beat. He stopped faithfully everyday even when there was no delivery just to check and make sure that I didn't have any outgoing mail. I've shipped many boxes out over the years to my customers and he never complained, but lightheartedly joked with me about them. He deserves a 10 star review, but this site only allows for 5. “I visit this location several times a week. Tauren is awesome! The older guy too. I came into contact with a lady supervisor/manager once; she was terrible…grouchy full of attitude…but I haven’t seen her in a long time. But 99% of the time I have a pleasant experience. They’re very rigid/consistent with their pickup times which is great because I know what I’m gonna get. If the Dropbox in the lobby is jammed, it’s just full. You can drop off inside to the far right or you can try to ring the bell. Just let them know it’s jammed. Last Dropbox pickup is 5:30 M-F and 3:30 Saturdays. So if you get there at 5:45 go inside or else it won’t get picked up until the next day.”

“I've used this location on several occasions. It is the fastest service I've ever received from a post office. The staff have always been helpful and appropriate. I appreciate that they have later hours than other locations nearby. Sometimes it is difficult to get out of the parking lot, but I can't imagine the postal workers have any hand in that. Otherwise, the location is always clean and I haven't had to wait more than a couple of minutes.”

“Came here to get passport’s for myself and family & had the absolute pleasure of working with Donna. She is truly a gem! Such a funny & sweet woman.I thought the passport experience would be a pain in the ? from my research but it was not. We truly enjoyed ourselves and she knew her stuff WELL. “This is a small but neat USPS post office, with standard postal services. There is a small free carpark in front of about 8 or so spots. There are a couple of handicapped parking spots, and a ramp from the carport to the main entrance. It opens half day on Saturdays, which is convenient.”

Yeah they or she takes a hour for lunch I assume but why is this a issue? Is she supposed to stuff her face while waiting on customers? It’s the law that she takes at least a 30 min lunch anyways so give her a break. Imagine if it was you working there by yourself. “Even when I was being a "Karen" to get an address changed after a death, the woman who worked there did her job well, despite having her hands tied due to newer regulations. I hope she understands I'm not mad at her - she's cool - I'm mad that I had to jump through a ton of hoops including the full probate process in another state and still received pushback out of USPS's fear of fraud.Make sure you have all your court docs ready showing you are the executor or administrator of the estate before you go.”
