“This store always has parking available. The store is clean. Cashier is friendly helpful and inviting. Some of the employees are not as helpful and I've seen one worker sitting on the floor doing her job and playing on her phoneshe was heavy mabey she couldn't stand long periods? thats amazing that this is tolerated by management. People can't get down the isle with her sitting in the middle of it. Some products the store carries are limited with how many they carry and have in stock. I've been in there plenty of times and wasn't able to buy the things I wanted due to this and spoke to managers about it but nothing is ever changed or any better. Mabey it's not his fault could be a supply issue. I do like that the pharmacy has delivery that's very helpful.”

“the technician i spoke to was great! you have to leave a voicemail and they return your call now, which is fine figuring they are not secretaries and cannot handle phones all day (they have a lot of things to do guys, be patient!). they got back to me within maybe 30 minutes and we only needed a 60 second conversation for them to do everything i requested! super speedy and they knew exactly what i was talking about. as a bonus, even though i said they could take a few days, they got everything handled the same day. i’m always grateful for our pharmacy workers during this staffing crisis and rise in prescription volume. if you’re going to complain about wait times or being on hold, you’re probably just not the best at planning ahead and being proactive. you are not their only patient and there are 1,000 more people just like you who demand to be helped immediately. they each have two hands guys, they are not super human. remember to treat your pharmacy staff with respect, kindness, and compassion!”
