I am so happy to have found this company.I'd had a horrendous experience with a large retailer. Then spent far too many hours searching websites, claiming my item was in stock... only to get the computerized "Bait-n-Switch".When I finally came across Northern Sound & Light during my last ditch effort with google search.While calling to verify information, I was amazed that a real person answered their phone!Kuddos to Eric, he was a hero today!Thank you for exhibiting True Customer Service.It's such a rare commodity these days, yet still very appreciated.Today it's earned you a new customer from 1500 miles away, one with many friends in the music industry and who will be referring them all to Northern Sound & Light.Sincerely,Thank You So Very Much

The customer service was excellent. Google Maps didn't do a very nice job of getting me there. Something was wrong so I called. The man said I was nearby based on my description. He came outside to make sure I found the place. Mind you this is winter in Pittsburgh. Every bit of 30 degrees. I also appreciated the expertise once I got inside. They answered all of my questions. They referred me to what I needed. I look forward to returning.

Everything has always been great with them. Purchase a lot of stuff, and pricing is great, service is great. Some stuff has to be drop shipped, but otherwise you can't go wrong in my mind.

I call these guys on cyber monday to try to negotiate a lower price than others on ebay. He said I can't change the price. So , he then quotes me their price and it was lower anyway. And wow!! I received my new amp the next day. Great hassle-free experience.
