I would give 0 stars if I could. When I started this process on June 6, I was told it would be done by July 1. After install was pushed back 3 times, it was “completed” on July 14th. They dented two of my applicaces, one was so bad that it needed replaced. Many cabinets were dented, the one next to the microwave was installed wrong, and most of the handles were not even. Oh and they cut the water lines. They did not do everything that was promised. Things were supposed to be fixed July 29th but never were. They finally came on an October 8th but didn’t bring what they needed and something else was damaged. I am still waiting for them. I have never been more disappointed with a service.As an update, the owner did call me. She was not very nice or easy to work with and was arguing with me. Spend the extra money and go ANYWHERE else.

After waiting 16 years to redo our kitchen, we dove in with both feet and knocked down walls and went all out. However, we were on a tight budget and we’re trying to do a lot with a little. We priced out a kitchen to install ourselves at one of the big box stores and we’re ready to go that route. We decided to see what New Choice could offer, not expecting much based on how nice their cabinets are. We were pleasantly surprised to find that they have a few cabinet lines and one fit our budget perfectly. Best of all, for the same price as the big box, we got installation as well! And upgrades such as stacked crown molding and granite countertops instead of basic wood. Everything is soft-close and good quality and the price was unbeatable.Traci, our designer, was so helpful and knowledgeable, she put together a design we loved and we let her handle all the details. You don’t get that when you do it yourself! They have their own installers, no subcontractors, and they had it done in a day and a half. That’s really something in our house where nothing is level or square LOL.It’s not done yet, but we already love the look of our cabinets and the quality, a major upgrade from what we had. Do yourself a favor and check out New Choice before you commit to anything else! They have so many options whether you are on a budget or want a showpiece.

My kitchen looks great and you can't beat the price no matter where you go in the area. Trust me I did the work for you and they're the best priced. Their installers are very careful with everything in your house.

Excellent experience to create my new wet bar. Cabinets came assembled and delivered scratch free. Laser measurements for the counter assured it was perfect. Huge granite selection to choose from. Can’t comment on their ability to install as I performed that part myself. Very pleased how the project turned out and at a great price. Patty in Wexford was wonderful through the whole process. Highly recommend!

BUYER BEWARE!! Worst experience with these people. Cut our granite for our island incorrectly TWICE! Even when our kitchen designer sent them the dimensions that were approved by us. Showed up almost 3 1/2 hours late with the second incorrect sized piece, had to go back to the shop to get more guys to help lift it! Who sends 2 guys to handle 300+ pounds of granite? Fortunately they were able to cut it on site. Save yourself the stress and aggravation and go somewhere else for your granite.
