I bought this beautiful fall wreath at the Kennedy Garden Club Fall Festival from the Bloomin Bar. The owner Patti had beautiful fall wreaths and cute decorated witches’ hats, among a lot of other fall decorations! Patti was very professional and helpful. Would definitely use Bloomin Bar for future needs!

Great experience and would highly recommend to anyone who, like me, doesn’t know anything about flowers/plants. She is very knowledgeable and will guide you through the process and even send you pictures to help you decide what to choose! Very nice, friendly and outgoing lady, she made my Prom dates corsage 1-2 days before Prom so just for that she is amazing.
My Prom dates corsage is beautiful as-well as my boutonnière. Would use her again for my floral needs 10/10

Very unprofessional business owner ! While ordering flowers for our mothers' funeral service, she spoke very unprofessional because she did not like the funeral home that we were going to use. She used vulgar language while complaining about the funeral director. We were grieving, not in a right state of mind. Knowingthat we had a lot to do, we placed an order and left. It was a Saturday, nowhere else was opened. We then went to the funeral home to pick out the casket , white with pink accents. We called her back because the color of the flowers we ordered would not match. Her words were, " Why would you pick a pink casket ? Was it discounted? " What professional business would ask a grieving family that ? She did change the color of the flowers after going back and forth and she didn't want us to cancel our order, which we should of. When we arrived at the funeral home the day of the viewing and saw the quality of the arrangements, we were upset. There were more filler than flowers. The flowers were broken, and she didn't even have them in an urn. The funeral home used theirs. I did step away and try to call / message her with no response back. The next day, she left a letter at the funeral home that had a cc with my name. I never received a copy of this letter. I feel we were victims of poor service because of her personal feelings with funeral home. ( Which she asked why are we using them , she doesn't like him ). My advice is to use another florist when needed.

Just an FYI: NEVER EVER USE "The Bloomin Bar Floral" on Silver Lane I received this bouquet for my birthday. It's as bland and boring as possible. Actually it looks like flowers you buy from the guy in the side of the road with two roses iammed in it. Not even trimmed or shaped. A yard sale vase and the barest bow that even I could make. The reason I post this is my friend spent $65 plus $18 shipping for this hot mess. When he saw the photo he called and she was rude. I called and she was rude, defensive and generally an awful person. If I drove it back she would make it better but she doesn't understand what my problem is because they are great. She will not make your occasion special. She will upset you!

Ordered a bouquet for a friend’s birthday totally blind by phone after having read the superb reviews and was STILL blown away when she shared pictures with me of the beautiful final product that was delivered to her. Incredible service and value as compared to your typical online flower delivery site, I’m glad I chose to order from a local florist this time around and will continue to order from Muetzel’s for my local floral delivery needs. Never again!!! Poor quality and overpriced. I was actually embarrassed to give this bouquet to the recipient. Talked terribly about competitors, but for my needs in the past, the competitors all did a MUCH better job than she did! Treats customers horribly. I overheard her yelling at a customer while on the phone.

I called at the last minute for a delivery of a birthday arrangement; not only did the arrangement turn out wonderful but the owner accommodated my last minute request for delivery and took it herself. She was kind, prompt and efficient. I will definitely take my business here next time !

Went to buy roses for mothers day from a here a couple years ago when the name used to be Muzels floral shop or something like that. The roses were $40! Most stuff in here is pricey, and they dont even get much business! I rarely ever see people here. (And I live 30 seconds away from here) She probably changed the name to hopefully get more business. So take my word go to a different floral shop and save some money.
