$12 for them to basically spray my car down with water and still look filthy afterwards. And the dryer doesn’t work. The sheetz up the road is better.

I've been going to this carwash at least once a week for the last couple of months.. out of the 2 vacuums one of them doesn't work which isn't really a problem until the other one is missing a hose when you show up this morning. So I was like cool, no big deal. Let's troubleshoot this since clearly whoever is in change doesn't seem to care...I'll just remove the hose from the vacuum that doesn't work and put it on the vacuum cleaner that does work. Then I realize after I put a $1.50 its the hose that doesn't work on the vacuum cleaner that is broken. Oh and it's not like you can get any help or there's a number to call for any form of assistance like to get my money back. So after that 6 minutes of I don't even know what we're going to call it suction on the vacuum cleaner I decided to wash my car so I go over and I pay and it tells me if I want a receipt to push a button, I push a button doesn't give me a receipt, doesn't tell me that it's out of receipt paper, doesn't tell me that it's unable to give me a receipt it just doesn't say anything so I go ahead and I pull forward to get my car wash its finally time to go through the dryer. That oh by the way that doesn't blow like anything you might as well just be out there with a hair dryer you get more accomplished and the dry timing thing that tells you how much time you have until your dry session is over isn't even working so let me tell you what causes anxiety there because you don't know how far to move your car to get things dried on dryer that blows like a toddler trying to blow out birthday candles. This is beyond frustrating especially considering people set their schedules and rearrange their days to fit in a simple car cleaning task. Before they go to work when it's cool outside and they can't even do that because of all the things that are wrong with this place. I'm extremely frustrated and highly disappointed because nothing there seems to work properly and of course you can't get a hold of any customer service or building manager

Went there yesterday and got the most expensive wash. Did not clean…still have marks on my car. Will not go back.

Terrible car wash. And neither vacuum worked. One we only found out after paying to use it.

Dryer not working. Good for undercarriage wash but there is no scrubber so wash is subpar. Bird poop remained after premium wash.

Disappointed-
2024 APR 27, 810pm... your vacuum ate money, and did not work. The other one sucked, but nit strong enough to pick up hardly any sand on floorboards, or loose dog fur.

your new machine. Just took off 3 magnets that were on back of my Kia Sportage. I never had this issues before. Maybe you should have a sign to remove them in your machine is that powerful. 2 of those magnets are from Walt Disney World and isnt something I can replace. Thanks alot (not in a nice way)

First it didn’t give a receipt as requested, Second it didn’t wash the bird droppings off of the car windshield. Third the blow dryers weren’t working! Very disappointing! We Will not be going back to this facility ever again! ?

I think my truck would have been cleaner if someone spit on it. Thought I would make a 2nd attempt (months later) and even with a car thinking I would get different results- no, still terrible.

First time I went there, didn't even get my window cleaner, it was like there was no soap. I want to provide me with an upgrade and I had the same issue and I used a different way of the car wash. I will not be returning to this car wash

Didn't clean my truck at all. The machine just talked ,changed colors,and sprayed water.10 dollars gone.
Had to go somewhere else to get a car wash.
