“I was very impressed how neat and organized this store was. All the sports cards were organized by sport and then by team. The owner was very friendly and social able and answered any questions I had for him. I will definitely be back to visit this store when I am back in town visiting my kids. Also, great deals on the loose cards. 5 stars all the way!!!”
“We're not from the area but I really wanted to check out a board game store while in Pittsburgh. My husband and I checked this place out and we found it so cool, clean and spacious. Great selection and liked the natural light and the social areas in the front instead of in the back like some other board game stores. Phil gave us the tour and recommended some drinks at the Dragon Roast Cafe. As an apple cider and cinnamon person, his recommendation was spot on. The barista, who I didn't get the name of (sorry!), was also cool and great with making sure we were 100% happy with our drinks. I only wish we had a space like this near where we live as we would definitely go all the time with friends and family. We will definitely return the next time we are in Pittsburgh!”

“I wanted to give a shout to Rachel at this location. The last handful of times I went in she was the only employee to greet me and make me feel special. She recommended several new books to me that I've loved, but also helped me find the books I can't searching for. This woman is GREAT and I look forward to seeing her each visit in this location.
Also, please promote her to the person who orders the books, she had so much knowledge and was sharing several books that sounded interesting but said this location wouldn't carry them.”

“Brad is great to deal with, same with his brother blBlaine. They legitimately offer you a fair offer. I took a 1 cent there before without knowing much about it BUT i knew it had an error just didnt realize how big of an error it was- they could have gave me 50 bucks I would have been happy, they offered me way more and explained why that coin was special . I would trust them over a few other places.... By the way, it's always helpful to do your own research!”

“Pretty huge store, lots of room to play, and I bet it gets busy during the evening. I went during the day, a little after lunch time and it was pretty much deserted except for a few guys at a table chatting and eating lunch. I was looking for some singles, and they had a nice system to look up inventory and place an "in store" order for cards. They didn't have a good chunk of what I wanted, but I was able to find a few items to purchase.”

“I arrived at 9:00a sharp when they opened to have a historical item framed. Special framing was required. I pressed the buzzer thing at that department 3-4 times, but no one came to assist me. The framing person finally arrived at 9:15.All was forgiven because he was extremely professional, knowledgeable and helpful with optional ideas. Bottom line, 15 minutes wasn't the end of the world for me and was well worth the wait.”

“I have been coming to this place since I was a little kid to buy Pokemon cards, my father use to bring me here after work. The same guy John has been here forever very knowledgeable on anything card related. Gives me that mom and pop store vibe witch is very nice in today's society. After all these years I came back to buy more Pokemon and not only did he have what I was looking for but his selection is amazing, and very reasonable. As I was buying my cards I was very surprised he remembered my dad I didn't think he would remember me let alone my dad who passed 3yrs ago. Everytime I come in here I feel at home I never feel ripped off and I always find a great conversation. I highly recommend this place for any serious collector. Good things don't come easy he's only there Saturday and Monday but it's proof that rare things are always a great find. “I always enjoy my trips to Michael's. The key is to get the app and make sure you have an account so you can track your purchases. Racking up rewards there is very easy, and the decorations for holidays there are always on discount before the holiday itself. They have daily coupons as well that you need the app for most of the time. If all the scanning in the app is confusing, the staff is very helpful until you get the hang of it.”
“This Michael's is a lot larger and it has much more selection and variety of products than the Michael's in Toronto. It is a very busy time of the season and the store was kept very well, clean, organized and everything was easy to find. The lines are fast moving and we didn't have to wait. This is probably the nicest Michael's we've seen.”
