“Hastings is the FIRST PLACE I go for commonly needed items -electrical, plumbing, bird food and feeders, household cleansers, or nuts, bolts and pull chain lamp sockets. Everyone in there offers to help you find what you need. The gentleman in electrical department found a new cane tip for me, used brute strength to pull the worn one off and applied the new! What’s not to love about Hastings!!”

It's good to support a store you can walk to, has knowledgeable people working there and they usually have what you need. It's a throwback to the way it used to be. “Let me start off by saying I am not mechanically inclined so hardware stores are like going into a different country for me. I had taken my snowblower in to be serviced as when I lived in Ohio it was in storage and last winter here was mild. Prior to taking it in Inhad tried new gas and the electric start...nothing. Luckily I dropped it off Sunday and got it back today. Service was great, price was fair, and they did a great job quickly. One thing to be noted is if you have a repair or need salt - use the back alley.”
“Rollier's Hardware is the best hardware store in Pittsburgh. They have a great selection, friendly and helpful staff and parking right behind the store in the heart of Mt. Lebanon. They have an extensive holiday selection of lights, trees and wreaths as well as interior holiday decor and candy. Definitely worth a visit.”
“4.5 stars. Harbor Freight Tools is a chain store that sells tools, hardware, painting supplies, and many other home-improvement products. Many products are from private in-house brands.
So far, I have shopped in this store one time. I joined their membership program, which allowed me to choose one inexpensive product for free. I purchased a few other products. Their prices were low to moderate, compared to other home-improvement stores’ prices. The cashier quickly and accurately rang up my purchase.”

I am a newish homeowner doing my first landscaping projects where I needed to buy a lot of dirt. I had driven by Option supply many times but never had gone in. Decided to get a price via email, price was really fair, so I went in to place my order.
My receipt is time stamped from 12:26 pm today. My dirt was delivered at 12:45 pm today. Absolutely exceeded my expectations (thought I’d have to wait at least a week for delivery!). The driver was also incredibly kind.
I don’t think I’ll ever even consider going elsewhere for dirt, mulch, even pavers and rocks for future projects.”

“I was very happy with the help and service I received at this Fastenal Company, they were able to get me exactly what I needed in under 3 days. I was happy with their willingness to work with the smaller quantity of hardware that I needed. Other stores (Lowes, HD, Rolliers) that I would have thought would be able to help were very rigid and wouldn't help me out but these guys were interested in getting me what I needed fast.”

“I love busy beaver stores and this is very nice to have in Lawrenceville. They sell anything you may need even if it's not the biggest of their stores. A bonus is that it's rarely too busy. It's also one of the few places where I always find salt in winter when all the other stores around are out.The staff is hit or miss. I have met very good employees and probably a couple that were very slow and dragged out the check out too long. Overall a great place if you don't feel like going to the bigger stores like Home Depot and Lowe's.”

“The cashier is smoking a cigarette at the register with a big smile on his face meanwhile there's a live raccoon in a raccoon trap that they're selling in the store. They also had all the goofy brass fittings that I couldn't find anywhere else. Yeah ah this place is pretty interesting.”
