They ask if you have any questions about your medication and when you ask they just say " I Don't know" to every single question rudely .. you can tell that they hate their jobs from how rude they act... Throw away the whole team and hire people who actually want the job

good reliable grocery store around pittsburgh. you can find everything from pre-packaged food to frozen section to deli to fresh fruits and vegetables. overall, decent prices on most things. they are an extensive grocery store that also dabbled in vitamins, health and wellness, and seasonal items.

Giant eagle prices are always kind of high. This location just added a Starbucks which is awesome! I was hoping they'd add more fresh hot food choices too like a Marker District. This location always looks pretty clean and seems to have a good solid selection of items.

I had Covid and needed to pick up medicine. I called to make sure they had a drive-thru so I didn't infect anyone. The pharmacist was so sweet and said the drive thru was closed ,but knock and she'd open up. Obviously was not feeling well and she was so understanding and kind!

Never go here! The entire team is incompetent. Every single month, they lose my meds and it takes an extra week to get them refilled. They do not care about you. They’re just there to get paid.

It's your normal giant eagle it has everything I need and the deli chicken is really good plus they they have lots of parking. I never see anything going on but there's a nice security guard named Linda who says HI each time, that's a nice touch and promotes a friendly atmosphere.

???????????? THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST GIANT EAGLE EVER. THEY NEVER HAVE WHAT YOU WANT. TONIGHT AT 6:45 pm LAST DAY OF SALE DELI WAS CLOSED ISN’T THAT SWEET. $3.99 GROUND MEAT THAT IS ON SALE GUESS WHAT “NONE” OTHER THAN THE PHARMACY WE WILL NEVER SET FOOT NEAR THIS STORE. YOU HAVE JUST LOST A CUSTOMER THAT SPEND BETWEEN $400/$500 a MONTH.

Walked in and was kicked out by the security guard because I told the person I was with to grab a BASKET! And the security guard thought I called him a bast**d! Absolutely ridiculous. Spoke to Shelly the Manager and she said the Security guard is contracted as not under her control. I asked if I could just continue my shopping and get my prescription and that request was denied because she said “I appeared to be agitated “! Black people can never express ourselves without it being considered aggressive! Note to self!

I had a stroke about 9 years ago, and take a medication that alleviates my dizziness. When I called the pharmacy this morning regarding that prescription I was told that it wasn’t in the system. Rod Mell called my doctors office, and asked them to send another copy of the drug electronically. I didn’t think that the prescription would be ready today, but not only did he fill my prescription immediately...he dropped it off at my house on his way home. I can’t say enough about the sensitivity and compassion of the pharmacy staff at this Giant Eagle. From the care and concern that they showed me today...to the empathy and understanding that I receive from the entire staff each time I go...this is a group of men and women who go above and beyond the call of duty for their customers.I want to say thank you to the entire pharmacy staff at Giant Eagle McKees Rocks, and a GREAT BIG THANK YOU to Rod Mell for delivering my prescription today.
