I had a bad experience at this shop for my car inspection. The mechanic I had was dishonest, and tried to rip me off. I don't recommand this auto shop for vehicle inspection unless you have too much money.

I decided to try Foreign Fix based on reviews. I scheduled a full vehicle inspection, expecting a comprehensive diagnostic. They identified issues with the rotors and brake pads but failed to address the noise I initially reported. Throughout the two-week period they had my car, I had to repeatedly call for updates. Just before my trip, they informed me of another $1500 repair on top of the $2800 quoted for non-urgent work. The office manager and lead technician were unprofessional and dismissive, failing to perform a thorough inspection and gaslighting me when I questioned their work. They held my vehicle hostage, demanding immediate payment and showing no empathy for the inconvenience.
During my trip, the part they repaired leaked oil, forcing me to spend over $100 on motor oil and seek help from a nearby repair shop. Jason, the owner of Foreign Fix, was unhelpful and refused to reimburse me for my additional expenses. Despite my efforts to address the situation, he continued to gaslight me, and I was left with significant costs and stress. This ordeal has caused immense distress, and I am considering legal action. I regret not waiting for an appointment with BMW, as I believe I would have received better service.
Edit: in light of the response from Foreign Fix. I was not treated with respect and the response is very disrespectful and hurtful. Also further validate my need to pursue legal action against this company.

Took VW there, they could not fix it saying it had all these electrical problems.
When it was repaired at a VW dealership
To find out it was just a faulty alternator.

They were ready for me upon my arrival. Olivia was very personable and professional. The waiting area was very clean and comfortable and my vehicle was handled with excellent care. Truly, it was a pleasure to have my vehicle serviced there.

They are friendly, resourceful and most important of all - trustworthy. So hard to find good, trustworthy shops - this is one of them. Over the past 9 years, I’ve brought my BMW, Lexus and Acura’s to be serviced here for routine maintenance, as well as repairs. Job’s always done right, quickly and fairly. Highly recommend!
