I recently had a fantastic experience with Eagle Medical Equipment. They made getting the medical equipment I needed through my insurance easy and stress-free.
Their team was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding me through every step and ensuring all my paperwork was in order. They even called my doctor’s office and insurance company to handle the details, which made the process so much smoother for me. The quality of their durable medical equipment is outstanding—everything I received is reliable and built to last.
Their customer service really stood out. They were quick to respond to my questions and went out of their way to ensure I was completely satisfied. Even after delivery, they followed up to make sure everything was working well and that I knew how to use it properly.

Edit after owner response: Sure, my mistake for not remembering the accurate timeline. I’ve corrected 2 instances of timing from my original review (marked with *). This doesn’t change my negative experience one bit and everything I said in my review is true!
4/25/24 - they called me informing about deductible, which I was already aware of. I specifically told them on 4/11 I want this processed through insurance just so that I can apply it towards my deductible! During this call, they also told me they had “not placed the order yet because they were waiting for the insurance to confirm and process it”. I was never told the order was placed on 4/12. So I think that is a lie!
I made it clear in my original review I wanted the product in 3-4 weeks. Not in “seconds” as the owner responded.
The owner’s comment about good feet store is totally irrelevant. I never tried to compare good feet store and eagle. I simply went there because I did not get the product I wanted in time from eagle. And I am glad I did. Although they do not take prescriptions, their product works. What really matters is it helped me! I am not advising anybody to go there. But bringing this up here is just a lame tactic to distract the focus from their incompetence!
Again, on 4/11 I explained I still needed to meet my deductible. I was completely aware I would be paying this from my HSA. I simply wanted my payment to go towards my deductible! So the owner claiming I am mad just because I owe money is baseless!

Do not go here! This is an unethical business run by incompetent people. Also read other negative reviews here that says how incompetent these people are in processing insurance. Let me explain:
Last month*, I made an appointment here to replace my orthotic that was damaged. I needed something urgently because my feet were in so much pain. I went here based on suggestion from my insurance who had already spoken to these people explaining my product would be covered.
So I went there on time for my appointment, but I had to wait for 45 mins for one of their employees to arrive. The owner said the employee was stuck in traffic. Ok, no big deal, I waited because I needed it urgent. After taking the measurement, I was told it would take 3 weeks. I was disappointed but I didn’t have any choice so I decided to wait and live with the pain for 3 weeks.
That same day they told me my insurance may not cover it. I then explained to them how my insurance and I have already done the work to verify this and my insurance directly spoke with them on the same day to explain the coverage. Finally, I had to convince them by saying “even if the insurance ends up not covering it, I can pay from my HSA.”
They really seemed to struggle to process these simple facts. Not sure how they are qualified to run this business.
Anyway, after explaining all of this, I got a confirmation that my product would be ready in 3 weeks. So the waiting game started…
After 2 weeks*, I got a call from them. I was excited to speak to them and go and receive my orthotics. However, my worst fears have come true - they had NOT even PLACED THE ORDER yet! they said they were waiting to receive confirmation from insurance to make sure it would be covered. And said now that they received the confirmation, they went ahead and placed the order. So it would take another 4 weeks. ARE YOU KIDDING?
Anyway, I was shocked to hear that. I immediately went to the good feet store and got my orthotics within an hour. I called them back to cancel the order, but then they wouldn’t. They said they have placed the order and it won’t be cancelled!
I can’t help but wonder if it was my fault to ignore all the red flags from the beginning. Now they keep calling me saying this would be turned to collection if I don’t pay for it.

They are the best place for all health needs..you get personal kind full service! They help with finding exactly what you need and explain it completely.. products are of high quality and they let you know what to expect and made well!! Wouldn't go any where else!! Would highly recommend!!

The gentleman who delivered my wheelchair was so professional & efficient. I also am happy to say that my wheelchair came equipped with a cushion. I’ve never had that from any other wheelchair supply company.

The store had easy access to the entrance. The service that’s was provided by the team was fantastic! I was in and out. My insurance paid for my products which was amazing. That was a wonderful thing!!!…They made sure I tried the products and it fit me right and I was comfortable.very professional and well mannered. I highly recommend them!!.

The gentleman was really nice to my grandmother not only did he build her walker and show her how to use it he also told her of some other things her insurance might cover to help her everyday life.

Very helpful, friendly and knowledgeable staff.They even stayed open for me a little later one evening when I needed to have something that night but was coming from work. That meant a lot to me.
