I wish I could give them a negative zero!!!My key fob with remote start was not working. I called spoke to Mark and was advised to get a battery and if that doesn’t work; he will assist me with ordering another one for $350.I go to the dealership buy the $7.30 battery. The battery is placed in the fob.I go outside and try it, it doesn’t work. I go back inside. Logan from service comes over and turns the battery over. He goes out to try it. It doesn’t work. He tells me that he can attempt to program it for $75. It may or may not work. If not, I’ll have to buy a key fob.I decline and tell him, I was waiting for a directive from my Hunni.Someone tells me to go to Batteries Plus. I did. They programmed my key fob I that Diehl put the battery in. It cost me $64.19.Shame on you Diehl… glad I didn’t inquire about the black on black Chrysler 300C with the $55,000 price tag. Because you would have gotten me for $55,425.00!!!??

We had an electrical issue on our older Jeep that left us stranded nearby this dealership on the way home for Thanksgiving - the service department at Diehl got us in the next morning, did the troubleshooting, fixed the problem, and got us back on the road within a few hours. Several previous dealerships had been unable or unwilling to put in the time to diagnose and fix the issue, so we greatly appreciate Diehl's efforts on our behalf!

I was quoted $89 to program the trailer lights on a Grand Cherokee. When it was done I was charged $160 for .2 hrs of labor. Great Place, Great people. Poor labor quotes.

I have recently like last week October and early November 2023 been calling to make a appointment for my jeep, here’s the breakdown I called and no one answered in the service or operator and I left a message three time on different days with no callback.i then call the number again and got sales and explain the issue and he said they been very busy but he assured me they would call back!!Well they didn’t, so I called again to sales since no one answered the others again and he took my name and phone number and again assured me I would get a call back. Total days and calls been over 7 days not counting weekends.I’m not sure what’s going on there but my level of confidence fell a lot with the dealership.I guess customers doesn’t matter anymore as they must feel. It’s a shame because I did really like this dealership until now.I would definitely reconsider buying my next jeep here if I can’t ever get it serviced.

GO. TO. DIEHL. FIRST!! I was looking for a Jeep because my first one didn’t have a high enough towing capacity. I wandered into Diehl (Robinson) to see what they had. I was met by Christopher and we went over what I was looking for. I had a very modest budget and was laughed out by a few other dealers (yes really). Chris never missed a beat and stuck it out with me for SIX months while I found exactly what I was looking for and a few raises of my budget. I saw the Jeep I wanted at the Deihl in Butler and called Chris. I had already sold my old Jeep and had no way to get all the way to Butler. Chris had them bring it to Robinson just so I could see it (this was a used Jeep mind you) That’s all it took, I loved it a bought it on the spot. Now you would think that's where it ends, but nope.I had my new (to me) Jeep for about a month and (I thought) there was an issue with it so I contacted the dealer and they said to bring it in. They looked it over made an adjustment or two and that was all it needed, and sent me on my way. I say this because they stood behind their product and their sale (who does that anymore) in closing I have to say the sales and service staff were amazing and I will be bringing my family (and friends) to purchase vehicles from Diehl for a long time. It wasn’t easy but they went the extra miles and won my business. Thank you Diehl!!

I had to call the service department 3 times to make an appt, and I was forced to leave a message for a call beck each time. Finally called sales. They got service to call me back. Their answering machine advises using their website to make apps, but that site only directs the customer to call the number. No apology or other concession was offered. They need to get their act together.

I recently bought a model y for my fiancé. I wanted to sell my girlfriends x3 for a better price than Tesla offered for the x3.After some searches I found this dealerships online advertisement to sell my car to them. I answered all of the questions about the vehicle, the website gave me a price and a sales woman named Nicole called me to schedule a time to come in.During the phone call with Nichole I told her that my fiancé works during the day, and I would bring the car out to get it appraised. Nichole said ok, and she scheduled me to meet with Rick. When I arrived Rafael greeted me. Up until meeting Rafael I had a great experience with the dealership.Rafael was horrible! As soon as he greeted me he seemed to be distrusting of me for some reason. He rushed me through a conversation, while he said he was getting Rick. I never meant Rick. He refused to look at the car because my girlfriend wasn’t with me. I’ve bought my fiance a lot of cars. All of the cars have been solely in her name, I’ve gotten each one appraised without her. This is the first time I’ve been treated like a criminal for simply asking for an appraisal. Horrible experience

I received excellent customer service from Glen Wayland at Diehl in Robinson. I told him the car I wanted and he presented a couple of options. He explained the process of buying thoroughly and did not rush me to make a decision. He was very professional and I would definitely recommend him for anyone that is looking to buy. Thank you, Glen. I love my Jeep.

Tom and Kevin are the heart beat for this service center. Buying a car is different and getting service properly is more important and these two gentlemen focus on providing best service to the customers. They helped me get over my car issues and now I’m enjoying my Jeep more than ever. This dealership helped me more than Mopar. I sincerely thank them.

I had the chance of working with Glenn at this location. He was very personable and was a great contact to the dealership, as I got quick and friendly responses! As far as the process went, I had a pre-approval with a bank so I was in and out within a half hour the day of my pick up.

Parker was the most professional well spoken salesman I have ever ran into! He knew so much about the car which was super helpful in making my decision between models. I would 100% recommend working with Parker!

Recently purchased a jeep from Diehl. Great price, love the vehicle. My salesman Raphael was great, very personable, listened to all my concerns and truly showed he cared to make this experience smooth and exciting as possible for me. I am satisfied with my experience. Would definitely recommend this place to a friend looking to purchase a car, new or used.

Chris was great to work with! He made the process smooth, seamless and unstressful. Lisa was also fantastic! She made sure I understood everything and didn’t make me feel pressured to purchase anything I wasn’t comfortable with. Highly recommend if you are looking for either a new or used car!!!
