Went into this store to buy a new phone because my old one was cracked and was told that wouldn’t be possible since I can’t access my phone. I know the employee just didn’t want to help me so I asked if she could help me at least get my transfer pin( have all my account details) and was told no. Immediately walked over to another phone store and I’m much happier there. Cricket isn’t the worst service but they hire some really lazy people.
