Location right by the creepy vape shop robot in Kennedy. Across from Wendy's. Great service! The drive way is a little weird but honestly worth the search. They treat you with kindness and honesty. I called every other place around in an emergency but they were the only ones to come through. I've been there a few times now and always consistent treatment. I'll be returning for all my auto needs. Native to Pittsburgh family owned makes this business even better. 10/10 highly recommend.

Needing auto repairs sucks, but this family-owned shop makes the experience much more bearable.I recently noticed my Honda Civic was having braking issues (shortly after having another shop perform my state inspection). They quickly diagnosed the source of the problem and had me back on my way a couple hours later. Jason and the team at Pine Hollow are friendly, extremely knowledgeable and, perhaps most importantly, trustworthy.Even if you're not located in McKees Rocks, this shop is worth driving to for any of your auto repair needs!

I previously my vehicle serviced at this shop in 2004 the service was great! I recently had my vehicle service on January 19. The break light came on the dash. This initiated the service call. I had over filled the brake oil the night before. I explained to the women at the counter, the light was no longer on and not to get confused with it being associated with a break light as in tail light a all I needed was to have the brake system checked for leaks and fixed. Two hours later I got a call back advising me nothing was wrong with the car and that a bulb needed replaced an motor oil was added and if I had any other concerns. I said yes the brake system. I then repeat everything to the guy in addition we discussed the break pedal and not really having any resistance, just going to the floor. I get a call back advising me that their was a leak in the front left and a caliper needed replaced. Two hours go by no call back I go in the shop my car was outside I paid. I reviewed my bill and no hoses were replaced, and nothing stating that the line was bleed. I still have no breaks. I paid more to have a caliper replaced than most people pay to have their front breaks changed.

Absolutely love taking my cars here. Personal and professional service that you can’t get anywhere else. They always have my car ready faster than I can even come back to pick it up. I have had inspections , Freon filled , brakes and more done all at a reasonable price . Can’t go wrong taking your vehicle here for whatever the problem is — big or small.
