Although the website showed false advertisement a employee went above and beyond to make sure it was a error and to give me the best costumer service they could I’m not sure of her name but she was kind we did Everything over the phone and she stayed patient even though the mistake was out of her control great worker great costumer service very patient and understanding

Went in to add a line to my account the employee didn't seem like she knew what she was doing , she had to call the owner multiple times for an answer to find out how to add a line. Then the owner that was on facetime with the employee was looking at the screen and says it's going to cost 80 dollars for everything. Which didn't sound right because I talked to a person online with boost mobile to see what the price and activation fee would be and all that she said between 40 and 50 dollars. I left that store and went to a different boost mobile store and left with paying 46 dollars. Activated and all. This store is a rip off would not suggest going to this site.

I've in the past had a good experience until recently they wanted to charge me extra $ for paying my bill in store. I have never had to do this in the past with the staff. This was different staff.

I switched from an iPhone back to Android cuz I didn't like it and they took it right back and gave me a brand new Android Jay Avitts was working the desk and he transferred everything over for me and he answered all my questions and figured everything out because I'm an illiterate when it comes to phones

I was not able to switch my provider and keep the same# since boost also uses the sprint network. I liked that was explained to me W/O pressure to buy or switch. I have the choice to switch my spouse and possibly get my kids their own devices for Christmas.
