It was Clarence's 1 year anniversary working for the branch and the staff had made him a giant card with lots of candy. The experience there was so relaxed and kind. “So I was having difficulty with an Amazon credit card. I went over here. I was greeted by the most lovely, pleasant young woman who greeted me asked me if I needed help directed me to the window. She kindly informed me my driver's license was out of date because my birthday had been 2 weeks prior, instead of not dealing with me, she simply told me that I needed to renew my driver's license. To be honest, I was going to cancel this credit card. Card. I only got it to get some special points during the Christmas season. I will keep this for my everyday card only because of the customer service that I received from this young lady. I wish I would have gotten her name. I looked at her name tag but now I cannot remember her name. But she's a very good employee and if I managed that bank I would be very pleased”
